  1. Force = Mass x Acceleration. Somewhere along the way, we forgot that last part. And with it, we forgot one of the oldest glute tools in the book. You see, the kettlebell swing isn’t just some conditioning exercise your auntie does at the commercial gym’s free classes. When done right, it’s one of the most complete glute movements you can use. At the bottom, you’re getting a deep, loaded hinge. Think RDL. At the top, you’re snapping into full hip extension. Think hip thrust. That combination is what makes this so effective. You’re getting high force in the stretched position (the amortization), then having to reverse it fast into a hard lockout. Most exercises only give you one side of that equation. This gives you both. And the unique emphasis on that speed helps us leverage the often-overlooked side of the physique equation Force = Mass x Acceleration (F = M x A). We are taught in lifting that mass is the only side of this equation. That pump you feel in the KB swing—that’s from focusing on the “A.” Now the technique’s not easy. The mistake is people turn it into a loose, arm-driven swing with big arcs and round backs. That’s not what we want. This is about clean hip mechanics. Hips back, load the glutes, and then drive through with intent. No arms. No up-and-down lifting. No target height. Just load → explode → lock. It’s simple, but it’s not easy. And when you actually get it right, you’ll understand why this “basic” movement has built strong, powerful glutes for decades. Stop treating it like cardio. Start using it like a tool.

To be an educator………For 8 hours out of the day I get to laugh with your kids , mentor your kids , influence your kids , lead your kids , teach your kids. I’m a diary , a safe place 5 days out of the week for my babies to land and be free. It’s never been a desire to just have a job , but to impact to be fulfilled to wake up everyday and absolutely love what I do. Thank God for the journey. It was goooood I was afflicted. Had it not been for the process. I wouldn’t have known how sweet it felt to come out on the other side of rejection, disappointment, depression and everything else you could imagine.2025 you truly did your big one.
