In a large casserole, Heat oil, add onions, garlic and cook for until translucent. Add the beef ground beef and brown for 4-5 minutes Add tomato paste, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️, beef stock, mixed herbs, turmeric,curry powder, bbq sauce, worcestershire sauce and stir to combine.  Reduce heat to medium, add cooked pasta and stir to combine. Pour the bechamel sauce over the pasta Sprinkle cheese on top and cover again with lid for a further 2 minutes or until the cheese has melted. #SCGS #food #food24_sa #safoodie #zee_thecook

Chicken Wings Ingredients: 16 Chicken wings 2 Tbsp Cornflour 1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ ½ tsp chilli flakes 1 tsp Mixed herbs 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp garlic salt 1 tsp black peppercorns 1 Tbsp Olive oil For the Sauce/Glaze: ¼ cup hot sauce ¼ cup asian sticky bbq sauce 1 cup fresh cream 1 tsp dried thyme Method: Cut the wings into drumettes and flats, then pat them dry with paper towel. Stir together the cornflour, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, garlic salt, mixed herbs, paprika, black pepper corns, olive oil add the wings and coat them with the seasoning mixture. Place the chicken wings in a single layer in an air fryer basket. Set the Air Fryer Grill & Multi Cooker to 180°C and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until the wings are crisp and golden. Meanwhile, stir all the sauce ingredients together. When the wings are done, coat them in the sauce and serve immediately. Tip: Best served with a garden salad, potato wedges or fried chips. #food

  2. FLOWER of ‘Monstera Deliciosa’. You can eat them. Who would have thought that there is such a naughty and enormous flower in the world? (Scale: If I cup it underneath in both hands, I am just able to hold it steady and straight). It grows beneath the huge shiny green leaves of the busty plant… we’ve all seen it before, The Delicious Monster. They don’t often flower if grown in the home, but they clean the air and detoxify your indoor environment. The flower is so heavy and called an ‘inflorescence’… how absolutely beautiful? The fleshy spike or ‘spadix’ is surrounded by a boat-shaped ‘spathe’… I love these words. The fruit, which one can eat are the ‘spadix’, but they are poisonous before they ripen, so do your homework on that. I have never eaten one but apparently they are so delicious it’s monstrous! In a kind of banana-mango-ey way - they are also nicknamed, the ‘Swiss cheese plant’. My brother-in-law is ripening a whole lot as they have about 30 in their garden.
