As an effort to explore and document the lower region of Swat, a chef, a photographer, an illustrator and anthropologist got together to form the Wild Grains and Sacred Herbs Residency program. The images are snippets of our journey. We will be posting more on this space to share the findings of our collaborative efforts. The topics will include: local produce, foraging, local food culture, Buddhist heritage, anthropology, and more! Stay tuned! 📷 1. Turnip pulled out from a farm 2. Turnips at the Swat bazaar 3.
