Easily the best Dubai chocolate strawberries that I’ve had to date (and I’ve had a few lol) 🍓 @nero_cafe has been open for a few months now on the eastern part of Whyte ave. They specialize in gourmet desserts like crepes, waffles, mini pancakes, and Nero cups which is a drink of your choice topped with a tray filled with fruit, pastries, and chocolate. I finally made it to @rooftopyeg 😍 The rooftop patio at Boxer is one of Edmonton’s most unique hidden patios, tucked 6 floors above the restaurant, in the heart of Old Strathcona, with sweeping views of the surrounding neighbourhood and the city. Right now they are mostly booking the space for events but every once in a while when the weather cooperates and there is no event booked, they open up the space to the public for walk-ins. The vibe they’re going for is sunny day brunch on the patio but we know how the weather has been lately 😆. Fortunately, they have an incredible interior ambiance if it’s not so nice out. They’ve been really focusing on their food menu and are moving towards focusing a lot more on food along with their drinks. The prosciutto Benny and green chilli shrimp hash were our fave items.
