This is no ordinary dog walk… 🦌 Wollaton Park is home to free-roaming red and fallow deer, all within more than 500 acres of historic parkland surrounding the spectacular Wollaton Hall. This Peak District dog walk has a bit of everything 🐕🥾 Stepping stones, limestone cliffs and riverside paths… Chee Dale follows the River Wye through a dramatic limestone gorge, with the famous stepping stones tucked between the cliffs. We’ve picked out a circular route starting at Miller’s Dale, heading through Chee Dale and across the stepping stones before joining the Monsal Trail for an easier walk back. We’ve picked out a circular route starting at Holkham, following the beach towards Wells-next-the-Sea before heading back through the pinewoods. You need to take your dog on a boat 🛥️📌 This has to be one of the most relaxing dog friendly days out we’ve done. We took a self-drive boat out on the Thames with @goboatkingston and it was such a lovely way to spend a few hours. Plenty of space for the dogs, a gentle breeze, and just a really peaceful experience all round. Highly recommend! We’ve picked out a relatively short route following the Blue Trail from the Visitor Centre down towards the famous stones, leaving you plenty of time to explore when you get there.
