I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, skin lasering isn’t as scary as it sounds. Last week I was invited to @langhamsydney for round two of CoolPeel CO₂ resurfacing treatment. I first tried this about a year ago and loved my results, so I was very happy to go back for more. While I was numbing, I also had a thorough skin analysis using the brand new (and very impressive) Aura 3D technology, which gave me detailed 3D visuals of my face and neck to assess everything from wrinkles and pores to redness, pigmentation and overall skin texture. I’m a massive fan of tech like this because it takes so much of the guesswork out of skincare. We started with the Aura 3D skin analysis (I’m officially quitting sleeping on my left side btw), followed by a CoolPeel CO₂ resurfacing treatment, then finished with the most refreshing cryo cooling treatment and EXOIE application. Laser can always sound a bit hectic (and it can be!) but my skin was surprisingly fine. It felt a little warm and tight afterwards, and was a wee bit red and rough the next day, but not too shabby at all. Visiting Sauce by The Langham in London ☀️🥐 It was a great experience learning how to make delicious buns with different fillings and shapes. the elegant @langhampasadena 🌷 Truly the most stunning property for a relaxing, elegant retreat. The rooms are recently renovated and our suite has the most stunning views of LA! I definitely recommend including access to the club lounge for high quality food and drinks throughout your stay, as well as exploring the endless gardens in bloom and many peaceful corners of the property. For the health girlies, don’t forget to use their complimentary bikes to see the beautiful surrounding neighbourhood and even the nearby Erewhon for some smoothies!
