Book Title: Anatomy of an Alibi Author: Ashley Elston Format: Kindle Source: Netgalley Genre: Mystery, Thriller Pages: 352 First Published: January 13, 2026 Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🌟Happy Pub Day🌟 First Lie Wins was @ashleyels debut adult novel, so I was excited to see a new title released by her. I also picked it as a @bookof pick for January because I knew I'd like it. I really enjoyed First Lie Wins, but I loved Anatomy of an Alibi! I couldn't put it down and read it within a weekend. There were a lot of characters but they weaved together nicely. There were a lot of twists and turns throughout, but again, it all connected by the end. It was so fast paced and mysterious. Did you get out and do anything fun this weekend? Boy #3 came up for the weekend from college and let me take him for a lunch and shopping date yesterday, and my book came as a third wheel. • • I am an @elizabday fan and thrilled to get my hands on an early copy ONE OF US. It’s a smart, suspenseful novel featuring Ben who is on a path to be the UK prime minister. Ben’s sister Fliss just died in Bali and it stirs up old memories and brings together college classmates who haven’t been together in some time. Andrew Jarvis has the name and the money, Richard Tate was the best friend without connections, and Serena, Ben’s wife is stuck in the middle.
