The best moments in Florida are the ones you didn’t plan for. #ad Stop 1: St. Augustine @floridashistoriccoast A surfer riding Florida waves, then a 17th-century fort rising up from the riverbank — same afternoon, same city. A cocktail at @staugustinedistillery Deviled eggs that stole the show at a seafood spot called @freshcatch27 An Irish Cuban sandwich at @meehansirishpub in the oldest city in America. And an orange that surprised us at @lanouvellesta Stop 2: Sarasota @visitsarasotacounty Dolphins appearing out of nowhere on a boat ride off Lido Key. Trapeze artists at @circusartssrq because of course, this is the Circus Capital of the World. A burrata salad at @michaels.on.east and that view from @cirquestarmands Stop 3: The Florida Keys @thefloridakeys A stunning pool view from @hawks

Comment FLORIDA for my Kid-Friendly Guide #AD | We’ve been coming to Sarasota in Southwest Florida for 8 years now and I’m convinced this is actually the most kid-friendly destination. Here are the 4 spots every family needs to visit. SARASOTA JUNGLE GARDENS @sarasotajunglegardens is like stepping into a tropical paradise, filled with exotic birds and wildlife! The highlight is feeding the free-roaming FLAMINGOS! It’s such a one-of-a-kind experience. You can also hold baby alligators, see exotic bird shows and pet goats in the animal area, which is always a hit with the kids. THE RINGLING ESTATE @theringling is a stunning 66-acre property owned by John and Mable Ringling, the masterminds behind the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus (The Greatest Show on Earth). The Circus Museum is

#Ad We spent a weekend in Jacksonville… and honestly had way more fun than we expected 🎨🌴 Follow @americantravelarchives for more hidden gems and bucket list adventures across the U.S. 📍 Jacksonville, Florida Most people think beaches first when they hear Jacksonville, but this trip showed us there’s also a huge arts, culture, and history side to the city that deserves way more attention. We spent the weekend exploring some incredible spots: 📍 Riverside Arts Market – Such a fun local market with art, music, food, and an amazing community vibe. 📍 Treaty Oak – One of the oldest living things in Jacksonville and such a cool stop right in the city. 📍 San Marco – Charming streets, local restaurants, and one of the prettiest neighborhoods to walk around. 📍 Bike Ride through Riverside + Do

[Ad] We can’t believe more people aren’t talking about this town... 🤯🌊 Follow @americantravelarchives for more hidden gems and bucket list adventures across the U.S. 📍Pensacola, Florida Pensacola honestly feels like one of those places where adventure just happens without even planning it, and that’s what made this trip so special. We spent most of our time on the sugar-white beaches and clear water, and it really doesn’t get much better than that. Mornings were slow and peaceful, just watching the waves, and by the afternoon we were out exploring, finding new spots, and soaking up the sun. But what surprised us most was how much there is to do beyond just the beach… From getting out on the water to trying new outdoor experiences, it felt like every day we were doing something different

Comment FLORIDA for my Kid-Friendly Guide #AD | If I had to choose just one place in Florida to take my kids, it would be Vero Beach in @visitindianriver. We’ve been more than 15 times to this hidden gem, and here are the things my family can’t get enough of. DOLPHINS 🐬 Such a highlight for the kids! We’ve seen dolphins on every single trip. You can do a private pontoon boat tour through mangroves and lagoons, spot them during lunch at Riverside Cafe while also feeding hundreds of catfish off the dock, or paddleboard at Fort Pierce Inlet State Park (which also has the coolest secret beaches). BEACHES ☀️ The beaches in Vero are incredible! They’re wide, have perfect sand, playgrounds nearby, and in the summer you can see giant sea turtles making their way to the ocean. MCKEE BOTANICAL GARD

#ad We can’t believe more people are not talking about this area… 🤯 Follow @americantravelarchives for more hidden gems and bucket list adventures across the U.S. 📍 Gainesville, Florida We got to spend a fantastic weekend in Gainesville, and it completely surprised us. Beyond being a college town, there’s such a strong mix of history, arts, culture, great food, and beautiful green spaces that made this trip feel way more special than we expected. It has that kind of energy where there’s always something happening — live performances, local markets, museums, gardens, and amazing restaurants all packed into one city. ✨ Spots we visited during the trip: 📍 Stayed at The Gainesville Lodge @gainesvillelodge 📍 Brunch at The Florida Room @floridaroomgnv 📍 Toured The Hippodrome Theatre @hippth

St. Augustine is not only America’s oldest city but it has become one of my favorites as well. There is so much history, charm, incredible dining, sight seeing and more. This visit I stayed at @bayfrontmarinhouse at their beachfront cottages and it was SO special… so cozy and quaint and only steps from one of the most gorgeous beaches in Florida. This trip I also got to visit @pvconcerrthall which meant so much to me because it’s where my late husband Bob Saget had his final show the night before he passed. Truly such a gift to stand on that stage. I also dined at @asadolife and @lotusnoodlebar and I was SPEECHLESS. And don’t forget to check out a sailboat ride aboard the @schoonerfreedom or check out one of Florida’s largest spas at @pontevedrainnandclub - I truly can’t wait to go back to

Ft. Myers and its surrounding islands are some of the dreamiest areas of Florida. Here’s everything you need to do on a visit… the beaches and beyond. Comment FLORIDA for my Key Largo Guide #ad | Only 1 hour away from Miami, Key Largo is the perfect tropical escape with little ones! With crystal-clear waters, tons of marine life and incredible family accommodations, it’s not only a fantastic destination on its own but also a great base for exploring the rest of the Florida Keys. 🌊 WHAT TO DO WITH KIDS IN KEY LARGO 🤿 Snorkeling at John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, the only living coral reef in the continental United States. 🦈 Feed the sharks & tarpon at Key Largo Fishery (their smoothies are also awesome!) ⛵ Cruise through the gorgeous and calm waters of Florida Bay. You can rent clear bottom kayaks or stand-up paddle boards to search for manatees and explore the mangroves, or book a catamaran cruise (the Aqua Fun Adventures’ boat

POV: You came to St. Pete for the beaches… and also discovered one of the coolest art cities in Florida 🎨🌴 #sponsored Everyone talks about the sunsets here (and yes, they’re unreal), but this is your sign to explore the OTHER side of @visitspc… the murals, museums, local artists, colorful hidden gems, and creative energy that make this city so special. Save this St. Pete itinerary for your next Florida trip! ART + CULTURE - @mfastpete and don’t skip their Cafe Clementine, the food and coffee drinks are truly works of art! - @moreanartscenter watch live glass blowing, see local art and even make your own glass art at @moreanglass - @chihulystpete, a permanent collection of Dale Chihuly’s glass art - Explore St. Pete’s murals (there are over 600!) and learn its history with @bay_e_bikes -
