#ad I’ve partnered with @panchosdip to create one of my favorite game day eats. These are my easy Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Sliders. This is the kind of snack people hover over. They’re spicy, creamy, extra cheesy, and honestly way too easy to eat. The real magic comes from @panchosdip White Queso. It melts right into the filling and keeps everything soft, rich, and loaded with flavor. Head over to your local Walmart or Publix to pick up Pancho's Queso Dips near you. Ingredients • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken • 8 oz cream cheese • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce • 16 oz Pancho’s White Queso (8 oz for filling, 8 oz for dipping) • 6 tbsp unsalted butter • 1/2 tsp garlic powder • 1/4 tsp kosher salt • 1/4 cup sliced green onions • 12 dinner rolls Instructions Preheat oven to 375°F. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and 8 oz Pancho’s White Queso. Mix until smooth and creamy. Slice the dinner rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a 9x13 dish. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the rolls. Place the tops back on. Melt butter in a small bowl and mix in garlic powder, salt, and green onions. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls. Bake 15–20 minutes or until golden and warmed through. Let rest 5 minutes, then serve warm with the remaining Pancho’s Queso for dipping. #panchosdip #panchos #queso #gamedayfood

Easy Beef Queso #ad I’ve partnered with @panchosdip to share one of my all time favorite dips. I’ve been making this queso dip forever and gave it a major upgrade by using Pancho’s Original Queso Cheese Dip. This queso dip is ready within 10-15 minutes and is perfect for Cinco De Mayo. Head to your local grocery store to grab Pancho’s Dip. Ingredients 1 lb ground beef 1 tbsp taco seasoning 16oz Pancho’s Original Queso Cheese Dip 1 cup refried beans 14oz can diced tomatoes Place a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and brown. Add the taco seasoning, refried beans and diced tomatoes. Warm up the queso for approx 30 seconds in the microwave. Mix well and add in the queso cheese.
