Here are some of the findings: 1. More sends ≠ more engagement. If it doesn’t earn an open or provide value, don’t send it. 2. 65% of brands ask for a phone number in the popup. 28% of consumers will actually give one. You’re asking for trust you haven’t built yet. 3. 56% of consumers stay subscribed for relevant content, yet only 39% of brands personalize off purchase history.
