Golden Crunchy Granola- I always have a jar of it on my counter Ingredients: 2 cups oats 1/2 cup cashews, raw 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, raw 1/2 cup pecans, raw or roasted- either way they roast so fast, mine were roasted 1/4 cup butter, melted 1/4 cup @sadaf_foods Raw Linden Honey 2 tbs brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla bean paste Method: 1. Preheat oven to 350 F; 2. To a baking sheet add oats, cashews and pumpkin seeds; 3. Melt butter and mix in brown sugar, vanilla and honey, pour over the oats and nuts; mix well and bake for 20 minutes; lastly add pecans and roast for another 7 mins; let cool, crack and enjoy! #granola #homemadegranola #recipeshare
