  1. On my last day in Belfast, I and @t.almahdi ate an early breakfast and headed to the city to get some pictures with her giant professional camera. As the past few days had been quite busy and cold, I was unable to wear most of my packed wardrobe. So for this occasion, I decided to rebel against my otherwise gastritis-prone, “will get sick in the cold” body and went out looking all cute in my “never worn before” pink dress. To our worst nightmare, the weather was still cold, gloomy with rain making frequent visits throughout the day. However, it’s safe to say that I don’t regret my choice one bit. I loved taking a stroll in the city looking all cute and these unedited pictures will tell you exactly that too.   2. At the prime age of 24, I think of old age and retirement a lot. And interestingly enough, I’ve actually always enjoyed dreaming and (in a way) manifesting the life I’d see myself living when I’m older. [ Capitalism is shitty and being a slave to it sucks so one has to find ways to escape it in the head, I guess ] Anyways, I got to experience the ideal (retired) life I manifest on living in my Srilankan trip at this heavenly place by MOI. Beautiful, warm and cozy, by the beach and with lovely company. I’m as rejuvenated as I can be to continue life on a positive spirit and work towards turning my dreams into reality.   3. After following @bhutan_on_canvas on Instagram for over 7 months, I unexpectedly met him in person. I’m thrilled we finally crossed paths. I took some photos of him painting, and when he mentioned his Instagram handle, @bhutan_on_canvas I realized it sounded familiar. I checked my Instagram and discovered it was the same person I had been following. Meeting him in person was an incredible experience. We had a chance to talk about his art, his inspirations, It was fascinating to hear the stories behind his paintings, and it made me appreciate his work even more. Connecting with someone whose work you admire online and then meeting them in real life adds a whole new layer of appreciation and connection.
