So much research was poured into this, though whatโ€™s funny is that a week before the endorsement, I hit a major setback with my floor plan circulation and had to redo 7 departments from scratch. Every second felt like pressure and all I could do was keep going and pray that my knowledge was enough for something to click, and it was indeed enough through hardwork. Fast forward to the defense, because of how heavy the project was, I focused on perfecting my presentation, and ended up walking in with no script, but it turned out to be the biggest blessing. Those 40 minutes couldnโ€™t have gone any better, it was probably the best presentation Iโ€™ve ever done haha. speaking about the topic straight from the mind and the heart. 18393992992 events and plans declined and now weโ€™re done!! This is all Godโ€™s work. Iโ€™ll always be grateful to everyone who carried this weight with me over the past year. To Maโ€™am Amador, youโ€™re the best.   3. Before I even started typing this whole thing, una kong tanong sa sarili ko: May magagawa pa kaya akong long caption? Parang nasabi ko na lahat in the past 2 months haha. From my thesis post, to all the appreciation and celebratory posts. Then I realized, meron. Madami. Kasing dami ng natutunan ko from when I first stepped inside this university, to my last stroll inside UST as a college student. Kasing dami ng magagandang ala-alang dadalhin ko. Architecture school really is one hell of a ride, and if it isnโ€™t sooo hard we all wouldnโ€™t be so sentimental and expressive about it. Though sentimental naman talaga akong tao to start with hahaha. And the thing about hard things is that they create bonds forged in resilience, in grit, and in genuine love. Maybe you think Iโ€™m talking about friendships, if you are then youโ€™re absolutely right. But Iโ€™m also talking about the relationship I now have with myself. Iโ€™ve always strived to try and do my best in everything really, lagi ko kasing iniisip, if youโ€™re gonna do it anyway why not give it your all? But along the process of that pressure were things I didnโ€™t see coming, good and bad. But navigating through those is exactly where growth is. The bulk of what we had to go through as UST Archi students has helped a lot in shaping me into the individual I am today, and I couldnโ€™t be more grateful :) Di ko na to papahabain pa, may isa pa akong post for friends and family.
