  3. Learn before your scale 🫡 As @beautyontapp grows I’m often asked how we do it - do I have retail experience, logistics experience etc and the truth is we do it through our curiosity to learn. My next phase of learning will be deepening my understanding of logistics and distribution. As we set out to open more stores and expand our offering, getting this right is crucial.
