Let’s talk running form ‼️ I know we all want to run fast and look cool doing it, but what about our running form?! ❌ Leaning the upper body forward, swinging the arms across the body, head looking downward, shoulders hunched over, and core engagement nowhere to be found this is not the answer ! 🟢 Instead, let’s carry our stride by standing up tall, heads up + eyes ahead, loose shoulders, chest wide and open, arms vertically swinging at 90 deg, engaged in the core, and lifting up those knees! If you look like the first version of me ❌, try running on a treadmill with a mirror in front or beside you to watch your form. I have been running indoors recently and it has given me time to watch myself and work on my form. Historically, I have always hunched my shoulders and slouched, so using the treadmill and mirrors has exposed my laziness and made me correct myself to prevent injuries, increase efficiency, maintain speed, and ofc actually make me look like a proper running chick 🏃‍♀️ + that is cool to me 😎 HMU w running, lifting, + nutrition questions 🫶🏼 #runningtips #runningform #treadmillrunning #girlswhorun #orangetheoryfitness

  3. 45lbs down naturally… if you’re looking to lose fat, regulate your hormones, or just feel healthier overall — here’s a SIMPLE yet effective place to start ⬇️ I truly didn’t understand why everything that kept me aesthetically “on point” was no longer working. I was an artist, an athlete, and a fitness-driven model who “had it all figured out.” My weight gain was drastic, as was the fluctuation that went on for 3 years as I battled insulin resistance, mainly, but PCOS overall. Chronic fatigue, moonface, heat flashes, depression. As a now certified nutritionist and trainer, here’s where I’d tell ANYONE to start if they were looking to improve their hormone health and overall quality of life: ✅ Walk more (don’t overthink it, just walk) ✅ Prioritize whole foods over processed foods/snacks ✅ Reduce unnecessary snacking and bingeing (hold yourself accountable) ✅ Make smart drink swaps (skip sugary cocktails & sodas, there’s hella alternatives be so serious) ✅ Hydrate with electrolyte water, not just plain water ✅ Get daily sunlight + fresh air (obvious, but we often forget these are essentials) ✅ Just MOVE. Try different workouts and activities to find something you’d genuinely enjoy doing and want to come back to often. The key to working out is moving, period. Keep it fun, the consistency is in choosing to move regardless of how you feel (doesn’t matter what you do, just move). 6 months of small swaps, daily decisions, mindful eating without restriction, and intentional movement did more for me than 3 years of dieting and exercising ever could.
