The Raw API is billed per request, not per credit. Your quota for these endpoints is tracked as Raw API requests in your account, separate from your Discovery credits.
Yes! We believe in fair usage and billing. Hence we roll over any unused credits of a particular month over to the next month as long as your contract is active. However for unused Raw API requests, please contact us and our support team will credit them back to your account.
Do you charge for failed requests?
No, we do not charge for failed requests. If you believe you were mistakenly charged for a failed request, please reach out to our support team or your account manager.
How does the pricing work?
The pricing for Discovery API starts at $16,200 per year (3000 credits per month), with an annual commitment. The Raw API pricing starts at $10,000 per year, which gives you 40,000 requests per month. Check the pricing page for details.
Can I have a monthly contract?
Unfortunately we currently don't offer any monthly or pay-as-you-go plans.
