A trip to @bandq_uk Cheltenham ♻️ I didn’t realise just how much of their range is now designed with sustainability in mind...64.7% of their sales were from products with more sustainable features, which honestly surprised me. It’s those everyday swaps that start to add up over time. What I enjoyed most is how the store highlights practical ways we can all make a difference at home...from reducing energy and water use, to minimising waste through recycling, and encouraging more nature into our gardens. The Sustainable Garden was such a standout for me… we even learnt how to create a pollinator garden and I can’t wait to make one at home with Albert 🐝 Left feeling really inspired to make a few more thoughtful changes... ones that still feel realistic day to day. #AD

Finally banished the grey from the bedroom, seeing the back of the cheap burnt carpet and horrible curtains, I cannot tell you how much it gave me the ick… 😅 I’m totally obsessed with this space; it feels much more like what I had in my head. From trash to transformed, the carousel edition 🏡🥹 For all you zoomers, here it is! I have to be honest, I really don't like reels and much prefer a good photo to stop and admire the parts I like. Proof that things can be done solo and on a budget with next to no knowledge! I will share a cost break down at some point, however I have calculated that all building works and materials cost me roughly £850, including the paint. Considering I was quoted £5000 for the bare minimum I'm taking this as a big win! Of course the garden accessories, pergola etc were additional but the money I saved doing this myself meant it was more than justified for me and I still fought hard for a bargain!
