Nothing beats the magic of cooking with family! 👩🍳❤️ My sister and I teamed up to recreate the authentic taste of Punjab with our favorite Chole Kulche. With the perfect blend of Catch Spices, every bite took us straight to the streets of Amritsar. Truly a Masaledar experience with my favorite Jodi! 🌶️✨" They say food tastes better when cooked with love, but it’s the Catch Spices that turned our kitchen into a Punjabi dhaba today! 👩🍳❤️ My sister and I aren't just a 'Jodi' in life; we’re a powerhouse in the kitchen. Recreating these Amritsari Chole Kulche was a trip down memory lane, with the aroma of Catch Spices bringing that authentic zing to every bite. From laughter over spilled flour to the perfect spice blend, this was a truly Masaledar experience! 🌶️✨" #HarGharMasaledarJodiC

Lal Maas, made the way it began Every story I tell starts by going back to its roots. That’s exactly why, for a dish like Lal Maas, I reach for Catch Origins. Because this recipe comes from the courtyards of Jodhpur, Rajasthan, where food is bold, slow, and deeply connected to the land. Every time we visit Jodhpur, this Lal Maas is cooked at home, and it tastes just as powerful every single time. I still remember summer afternoons when the courtyard would glow with colour. Mathania red chillies, turmeric, ker sangri and whole spices spread out on long sheets of cloth, drying under the sun. Later, the chillies would be pounded by hand, releasing flavours you never forget. That’s where I learnt that great food always begins with great ingredients. The Catch Origins Mathania red chilli, with

Went to Jaipur for an IPL match… but came back remembering the Lal Maas more than the sixes 🏏🌶️ Comment “Maas” for detailed recipe in your DMs and link of the spices ✨⬇️ Some trips stay with you not because of the stadium noise or the scorecard, but because of the flavours you discover along the way. That one plate of Lal Maas in Jaipur? It stayed with us—especially with Honey, who couldn’t stop talking about that bold heat and deep colour. So back home, I decided to recreate that memory in my kitchen using Catch Mathania Lal Mirch Powder—the same chilli known for its rich red hue, smoky aroma and authentic Rajasthani kick. Every spoonful took us right back to Jaipur, one bite at a time. Because some memories are made on the road… and relived through food. ❤️ Comment “recipe” for detaile

What does Pujo really smell like? You know, like, "pujor gondho," as we bengali say 🌸 It’s the first dhaak beat mixing with that old Bengali cinema song floating from the pandal loudspeaker. It’s the 'gondho' of notun jama fresh out of the packet and the sting of blisters from brand-new shoes after hours of pandal hopping. It’s the warm 'gondho' of a home-cooked Pujo meal, simmering with @catch_foods filling the house with celebration. Karon khabar shudhu khabar e na, maa er ashirbadero protik hoy.
