Eat right, you need to eat in a calorie deficit. you can’t lose weight in one specific spot but you can get a smaller waist by losing overall fat. women try to reach 18-20% body fat and men

If your goal is fat loss, this is how I approach my cardio + core days ⬇️ I start with OxyShred before getting on the StairMaster because it helps support fat burning during cardio. The clean energy keeps me focused, the thermogenic support helps me sweat more, and I don’t crash halfway through long sessions — which matters when you’re doing steady-state cardio. (Code LAILA if you want to try it) On the StairMaster, I keep my heart rate in my fat-burning zone, usually around 120–140 BPM. I rotate between levels 4–7, using intervals so I can stay consistent without burning out. A good playlist is non-negotiable — that’s how I get through the full hour while staying locked in. After cardio, I finish with this ab circuit (3 rounds): • Leg Raises • In & Outs • Slow Mountain Climbers • Bird Dog
