I thought I’d level things up by bringing the centre frame forward and I’m beyond obsessed with how it looks! I’ve painted the wardrobes in Café Luxe from @rustoleumuk, it’s a gorgeous earthy brown with subtle green undertones, and paired it with Relaxed Oats on the walls. They’re both such beautiful colours and work perfectly in this room. I was extremely optimistic when I started this project and it hasn’t been the easiest, but I’m so proud of how it’s turned out. Practical & beautiful We had a huge negative space in this alcove next to the chimney breast. Our extremely talented carpenter built in the most beautiful bespoke, floor to ceiling wardrobe. The sheer height of this wardrobe meant that I had no hope of reaching the rail that allowed for full length dresses, and generous drawer space. (It’s so tall, I couldn’t fit the top into shot 😂🤦🏻‍♀️) So @lee.valleycarpentry fitted this rail that fixes my short-girl-problems! The details and finish on this handcrafted wardrobe and drawers are just exceptional, with soft close on every element. K I T C H E N R E V E A L 💫 At long last the kitchen is done - what do you think? Please read below for more info on how we managed to get rid of our high gloss kitchen without ripping it all out, and feel free to DM for any other questions. When we bought our house five years ago the grey gloss doors were already picked and I’ve been wanting rid of them ever since. We got a quote for having the kitchen sprayed or wrapped and both prices were ridiculous. I really wanted a shaker kitchen and we got a very reasonable quote from @bandq_uk to replace all our doors and end panels so it was a no brainer for us.
