Does anyone else actually prefer a slower weekend sometimes? After the kids’ Saturday morning classes we packed the scooters into the Honda HR-V we’ve been testing out and headed to the park for a few hours. The kids are obsessed with the Apple CarPlay and BOSE audio because every drive turns into a family singalong 😂 and as a mum who is usually carrying a million and one things… the keyless entry and wireless charging have been very appreciated too (I always forget to charge my phone oops) 🙃 Of course there were meltdowns, continuous snack requests and bickering but somehow I end the day saying to my hubs ‘ah wasn’t that such a lovely day’. I think sometimes we put so much pressure on weekends needing to be packed full of plans when really the small moments together are more than enough
