It was pointed out to me that I'd been a little remiss last time I posted a visible repair like this one... so this time there's a heart on top. 😘 A stitch in time really saves nine (at least!) so if you can get in there with a little duplicate stitch before a proper hole forms, you've saved yourself some work! [ad] Here I used @symfonieyarns 'Viva' in Moss & Red Rose. To get extra coverage without adding more bulk, I separated the plies of the yarn slightly before stitching. [ad] Don't be afraid to wear your heart on your sleeve... ❤️ For this repair, I used @symfonieyarns 'Viva', (shade: Valentine) - a DK-weight extrafine merino yarn. The jumper I worked on was a heavier weight than that, but I didn't want to add extra bulk by doubling up my working yarn. Instead, I untwisted the yarn a little to make it loftier, which allowed the stitches to fill up slightly more space (pro tip!).
