What can I say, I’ve always loved a hat! 😉 Almost as much as seeing the first signs of Spring. They aren’t my favourite, but you can’t say the daffodils aren’t at least cheerful! 🥲 They’re slowly growing on me and I think we all need a little brightness after what’s felt like a very long and damp Winter! Ad- A visit to possibly my favourite castle to date?! 😍 Unsurprisingly, given its size and stature, Raby has been the site of much excitement over the years. From a Royalist attack which was defeated, to a family fallout which nearly ruined the castle for good. Raby has thankfully stood the test of time and is now a much more tranquil setting. Maybe it was the mist or the swan on the water, whatever it was, Raby certainly had a magical quality to it. I couldn’t have had a more wonderful day walking around the grounds and chatting to all the fabulous room guides. 🙌🏼 I’ve insisted that my parents add it to their list of places to visit and you really should to! Blame me if you don’t enjoy it! 😉 I’ve literally tried to post this 10 times and insta kept crashing so I had to keep typing it out all again. 😂 Each time the text got simpler and simpler. 🫠🫠
