part 2: finishing the build!!! 👇 (ad) I seriously cannot believe how well this came together. Kelby absolutely crushed this entire build, and it’s so so cool to be able to design this dream wall and then have my husband just build whatever I come up with 😂 Some things we added in this section that we are really stoked on: • @gregorypacks alpaca gear org: we designed this build to perfectly fit 6 Alpaca Gear Boxes. We have loved using these the past few years, they’re super durable & waterproof, so they needed dedicated space in this build. We also use a lot of their other gear org line in the final organization video (live this week). Our code is adventureaddicts15 for 15% off :) • pegboard: this is going to allow for a lot of our small gear to be displayed & easy to find • movable shelves: we bought small brackets that the shelves sit on, so we could technically move the shelves one day if we decided to renovate it • wire baskets: these are going to help organize a lot of smaller gear, and we liked them as simple/cheap drawers for under the pegboard • gas pipe for hanging: this is actually knockoff gas pipe (the real stuff is expensive) but this felt like a strong and simple way to hold a lot of our gear • drying rack: this will be perfect for getting home after skiing with wet gear and having a place to hang everything to dry (including skins). This is literally just a clothing drying rack from any store • ski boot dryer!! • retractable clothesline: allows us to hang our tent/sleeping bags/etc when we get back from a trip, without it taking over the whole room. Kelby also did add a face frame to the build in between the last video and this one, which really helped to straighten all the walls and clean up the build! Let me know if you have any questions so far, we will stock it with our gear in the next video! #campinglife #campinggear #laketahoe #hikinggear

packing list 👇🏼 AD Building a car camping kitchen box that you can grab and go makes it really easy to go camping and not worry about forgetting anything!! We have had a camping kitchen box for 5 years and it has made camping SO much easier. Here’s what we keep in ours: THE BOX: this is the @gregorypacks alpaca gear box 45. It’s durable and has a clear top which is really nice to see everything inside!! I also love that you can either fully detach the lid or just open one side and it hinges open. This box also will perfectly fit a Coleman classic stove if you prefer to pack it inside! THE PACKING CUBES: these are the @gregorypacks alpaca gear pods (1 10L and 2 5L) they are rigid packing cubes that also have a see-through lid, and they fit perfectly into the alpaca gear box with room for other gear. Gregory offers all of these items separately, but they also offer their Adventure Kit, which includes the box and 3 packing cubes shown in the video for a packaged price! You can also use our code: adventureaddicts15 for 15% off this set at the link in our bi0! PACKING LIST: • pots & pans set (we really like having a pot and pan set that also includes bowls and plates, so it all packs together!) KITCHEN UTENSILS POD: • spatula • tongs • can opener • spoon • scissors • wine opener • knives • aluminum foil • forks, knives, spoons SPICES POD: • array of spices (you can repackage some at home into tictac containers for easy packing) • premade seasoning packets • olive oil (I repackage this but ALWAYS put it in a bag in case it leaks) • lighter DISHES POD: • trash bags/ziplock bags • reusable silicone bags for leftovers (or Tupperware) • dish towels • biodegradable soap • sponge • cutting board • percolator or french press for coffee • mugs • flashlight • marshmallow skewers • paper towels • propane Camp stove on top!! Let me know if you have any questions! #gregoryambassador #camping #campkitchen #campcooking #campingmeals

bc it’s better to go alone than not at all!! 👇🏼 #ad I have fallen in love with solo hiking in the past couple of years, partially because I feel like I experience nature in a totally different way, and partially because it allows me to go even when other people can’t. I am wearing the new @gregorypacks Kiro 24 backpack and I have been super happy with it!! I feel like I have a lot of day packs that are framed and bulky or the ultralight ones that are so uncomfy to wear, and this is a great in between that wears really well but is also light and feels like a part of me. It has a stretchy waist belt, a pocket for a bladder, and some exterior pockets for easy access. I even ran with it and was really surprised how little it moved! Our code is adventureaddicts15 :) Here are some thoughts on solo hiking: • be prepared. I typically pack: Gregory Kiro 24 Water (more than I expect to need) Snacks First aid kit Sunscreen & chapstick Layers Multi tool Garmin inreach (SOS device) Phone (downloaded map) • someone always knows where I am and when I expect to be home • bears: I know it can be scary but black bears are typically more afraid of you than you are of them!! I make a point to make myself known on the trail so I don’t sneak up on them. If I come across them, I’ve done a lot of research and know how to react. • if it’s your first time, go somewhere familiar!! Try a trail close to home you’ve done before • I have never had a scary experience hiking alone. That cannot be said for being in cities or more populated areas!! I always come across really friendly people and have never felt seriously unsafe (but if you do, trust it) • carry a satellite communicator. I don’t go anywhere without my garmin inreach mini 2. It allows me to contact friends and family or call for emergency services without cell service. • get educated! a WFR course really helped me feel confident on my own. • if you get scared or feel weird, you can always turn around!! I cannot even count how many times I just stopped early just because I wanted to. Let me know if you have any questions! #gregoryambassador #hikersofinstagram #hikinggear #laketahoe
