Tender pumpkin muffins with a rich, velvety cream cheese centre are a fall staple in our house 😋 Directions: 1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 12-count muffin tin with paper liners. 2. Whisk the Pumpkin Base: In a large bowl, whisk together 425g pumpkin purée, 60ml vegetable oil, 80ml local milk, 2 large eggs, 100g granulated sugar, 100g brown sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning, and 1 tsp ground cinnamon until completely smooth. 3. Fold in the Dry Ingredients: Gently mix 240g all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, and 1/2 tsp baking powder into the pumpkin mixture just until combined. Do not overmix. 4. Make the Filling: In a separate medium bowl, beat 227g softened cream cheese from Ontario, 60g powdered sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla extract

One less thing to overthink at mealtime! 🤍🥛 Between packing lunches, making breakfasts and figuring out what everyone is eating approximately 47 times a day 😂, I’m all about the little things that make feeding my family feel easier. Adding a glass of milk to whatever’s already on the menu is such a simple way to add 9g of complete protein — no extra recipe, prep or complicated protein hacks required. Breaktast, lunch, dinner... whatever’s on the menu, milk it. AD #MilkTheMenu #EverybodyMilk @ontariodairy

The drink of the summer?! Milk Masters is back on YouTube with a brand new summer season and I took chef Michelle’s outdoor chai latte and gave it a frozen from scratch twist! #ad The secret to my cream frozen chai latte: creamy, @ontariodairy. Grab the full recipe here and check out Milk Masters Season 5 on YouTube 1. In a mortar and pestle (or just a bowl) add 2 small pieces of ginger, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 tsp peppercorn, 1 star anise, 1 tbsp dried roses, 1⁄4 tsp clove, 1⁄4 tsp nutmeg, and 1 tbsp cardamom. Crush those up very well. 2. Add your spices to a pan over high heat and toast them for 20-30 seconds. Careful not to burn them. 3. Add in 4 cups of water. Stir everything well and bring the mixture to a boil. 4. Once your water is boiling, turn off the heat and add in 5 tsp black tea,

As a World Cup skier, recovery is a huge part of my routine. There are tons of different recovery habits out there, and it can start to feel a little overcomplicated. I’ve found that the simple habits are often the easiest ones to stick with — for me, it’s having a glass of milk before bed 🥛 With 15 essential nutrients, including natural protein, milk can support overnight recovery. And now I’ve got this giant Pillow Pitcher reminding me of that every night 😂 What’s one thing you do every night to help you reset and recharge? Want a Pillow Pitcher of your own? I always think I’m going to do something big for my “night routine” once everyone is in bed and I have some quiet time to myself… but honestly, it’s the smallest habits that make the biggest difference. Lately, it’s been as simple as a glass of milk before bed. Easy, realistic, and something I can actually stick to. (And apparently I needed a not-so-subtle reminder sitting on my bed 😂) Recovery doesn’t have to be complicated 🤍 What’s one thing you actually stick to in your nighttime routine? ✨ GIVEAWAY ✨ By following @ontariodairy and commenting on this post with how you make milk part of your nighttime routine, you will be automatically entered for a chance to win a pillow pitcher of your own 🥛You must be a resident of Ontario. #ad Consider this your sign to marinate your chicken in yogurt! 🍗 After seeing Chef Dwight Smith make these chicken skewers on the new season of Milk Masters, I had to recreate them at home. They’re smoky, buttery, packed with flavour, and surprisingly easy enough for a weeknight dinner 🥣🔥🍽️ The combination of local dairy yogurt in the marinade and butter brushed on at the end makes the chicken incredibly juicy and flavourful 🧈 The new Milk Masters season follows Chef Dwight Smith and Michelle Rabin as they hit the road on a summer camping adventure, sharing approachable outdoor recipes made for everything from campsite dinners to backyard meals 🏕️🌞🪵🌌 Watch the full episodes of Milk Masters on the Move on YouTube and let me know if you’ll be adding these to your summer menu! 🌸🍋✨

When people talk about recovery, it usually sounds complicated. But sometimes the habits that stick are the simple ones. For me, that starts with slowing down and having a glass of milk before bed. It’s not about doing everything perfectly - it’s more about taking time to unwind with family, a bedtime story, and a simple nighttime routine. Want to win your own pillow pitcher?
