Clarified chocolate and vanilla amaretto sour 🍫🍸 A silky clarified cocktail inspired by the @haagendazs_us Vanilla Milk Chocolate Almond Bar. Because the best drinks take time to make (and enjoy). Recipe (makes ~4 servings) 6 oz Amaretto 4 oz White crème de cacao 3 oz Bourbon 4 oz Fresh lemon juice 1.5 oz Rich vanilla syrup 2 oz Heavy cream 3 oz Whole milk To one container, add your amaretto, creme de cacao, bourbon, lemon juice, and vanilla syrup. Stir to combine and set aside. To another larger container, combine your whole milk and heavy cream. Slowly pour your liquor mixture into the container with milk. Stir gently.
