Garlic Chicken Baked Potatoes using some of @favouritfoods herbs and spices!😍 Honestly SO good! Ingredients (Serves 2) Potatoes 2 large baking potatoes 1–2 tsp oil. I used oil spray Chicken Filling 2 chicken breasts diced Favourit spices: 1 tsp garlic granules 1 tsp paprika ½ tspCajun spice ½ tsp onion powder Salt & pepper to taste 50 ml water 120 g garlic cream cheese Toppings Crispy bacon lardons Cheese Garlic butter. I used Kerrygold Parsley Method: Wash potatoes. I added these to the microwave for 7 minutes. Air fry at 200°C for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until crispy outside and soft inside. Make the garlic chicken filling. Chop the chicken into chunks. Season with the spices. Cook in a frying pan over medium heat until the chicken is mostly cooked. Add 50 ml water and 120 g garlic cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese melts into a thick creamy sauce coating the chicken. Simmer 2–3 minutes. Slice open the baked potatoes and fluff the inside with a fork. Add garlic butter into the potato and mix slightly. Sprinkle some grated cheese inside. Spoon over the creamy Cajun chicken mixture. Add more grated cheese on top. Crisp the topping /back into the airfryer for a few minutes. Top with crispy bacon pieces. Salt & Chilli Chips using some of @favouritfoods herbs & spices!😍 Part 2 of Takeaway at home and these are SO good!😍 Ingredients (serves 2) 3 large potatoes Oil spray 1 small onion, sliced ½ red or green pepper, thinly sliced Spring onions (optional) Salt & Chilli Seasoning using @favouritfoods spices ½ tsp chilli flakes ½ tsp white pepper ½ tsp sugar ½ tsp Chinese five spice ½ tsp Paprika 1 tsp garlic 1 tsp chip seasoning (optional) 👩🍳 Method 1️⃣ Airfryer chips Cut potatoes into chunky chips. Add to the microwave for 5-6 minutes Spray with oil, toss well, add the seasoning Airfry at 180°C for 12-14 minutes, cook for a few more minutes if needed until crispiness you like. Fish and Chips!😍 Using some of @favouritfoods herbs & spices!🫶 Serves: 2 Fish: Any white fish (I used hake fillets but you can use cod, haddock, etc.) Ingredients * 2 pieces white fish (skinless, boneless) * 2 tbsp cornflour * 1 large egg * 60–80 g golden breadcrumbs * 1 tsp Favourit fish seasoning * 1 tsp Favourit Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste) * ½ tsp Favourit garlic granules (or garlic powder) * Salt & black pepper (optional) * Oil spray Method 2. Prepare coating stations: * Bowl 1: Cornflour * Bowl 2: Egg, beaten * Bowl 3: Golden breadcrumbs mixed with: * Fish seasoning..Cajun seasoning..Garlic granules..Optional pinch of salt & pepper 3. Coat the fish: * Lightly coat in cornflour (shake off excess).Dip into egg. Press firmly into the seasoned breadcrumbs until fully coated. 4. Prepare for air frying: * Lightly spray both sides of the fish with oil spray. Place in air fryer basket in a single layer. 5. Cook: * Air fry at 200°C for 10–12 minutes…Carefully flip halfway and spray lightly again. Fish should be golden, crisp, and flaky inside..If the fillets are thick, add 1–2 extra minutes. -Air Fryer Homemade Chips with Chip Seasoning * 2–3 medium potatoes (Maris Piper or similar) * 1-2 tsp Favourit Chip seasoning * Oil spray Method 1. Prep the chips: * Peel or leave skins on (I left them on just gave the potatoes a wash). * Cut into even chip shapes… I added these to the microwave for 6 minutes or you can parboil. You can just add them straight to the air fryer, but I find this way the chips are soft on the inside and really crispy on the outside. * Spray with oil spray. * Toss with chip seasoning until evenly coated. 3. Cook: * Air fry at 200°C for 12-15 minutes. (Depends on size of chips cut) * Shake halfway!
