  3. My cousin, my first coach and the person who guided me through all the ups and downs of athletics for ten years. From the highs like national titles and Irish teams to the lows like injuries and underperforming, Ann was there through it all - always optimistic and filled with so much belief. We had a great group at Emerald AC where she coached along with Henry and always managed to make training fun. She was quirky, cool, funny and always held us to a high standard. She wanted the absolute best for everyone. What a gift it was to have been coached by her and share so many amazing memories together. Taken way too soon RIP Ann 🤍

Bodhi Belton - 18/07/25 💫 It’s seems our babies are very eager to make their entrance into the world 🌍 Arriving 2 months early, our baba boy has had a tough couple of weeks enduring more than any baby should have too, having undergone surgery at just 5 days old 🥺 We couldn’t be more grateful that his surgery was a big success and he’s recovery really well.   2. @runnershighdublin x @lululemoneurope 🍒 I held off starting run club in Dublin for so long, which didn’t make sense to a lot of people (mainly my mom lol) because I live here and I don’t live in London, where I started @runnershighlondon !! but there was something holding me back with starting one here … I think I felt like since I knew very few people in London, I would be less scared to throw myself into the deep end 👀 this comes from my inner teenager who was SCARED of putting herself out there (she still rears her head sometimes) when I initially asked who would come to our first dublin run club, 80 of you said yes. so when 250 tickets sold out in less than 24 hours, you can imagine my shock (and panic lol).
