  1. 🎂 40 🎂….as I start into this new decade I have been reflecting on all the blessings I have had in life but particularly in my 30s ….that era was by far my happiest, I got married👰🏼‍♀️…had 3 beautiful kids 👦🏼👧🏻👧🏻 created a dream home 🏡started 3 businesses 👩🏼‍💻and achieved many other things that I just couldn’t have ever dreamt of. My 20s were up& down😔 but I did meet the love of my life which gave me happiness again 👱🏼‍♀️💕👮🏽‍♂️…..My teen years were up&down emotionally but I found a flutter of confidence that got me where I am today⭐️. As a child I lived in a bubble of pure joy playing outside with my friends counting down the sleeps to Santa🎅🏼 life was so simple !! Now on to my 4th era which brings me so much excitment but some sadness when I think of my older brother who didn’t get to exprerince his 40’s 😔 it’s a reminder of how precious life can be, we must cherish every moment. I certainly do…& I’m going to continue being grateful every day for waking up & seeing my kids faces …my one & only wish for my Birthday is health for my family 🎂

  3. Our sun, moon and stars ✨ We finally have our two boys, Sonny and Sebastian home with us. Our Summer Solstice babies - they arrived last Wednesday in a hurry at 35 weeks. Both boys needed some extra TLC and spent time in the special care unit, and after nearly a week, we have all been reunited again. We cannot thank the amazing nurses and consultants at the @thecoombehospital enough - real life angels. We’ve never felt more grateful and will be savouring every last second with our boys 💙💙

  1. The hardest thing I’ll ever share! Because yes I am embarrassed, sad and angry that I let myself get to this level of self hatred, sadness, anger and size! Totally abusing my body with food, constantly punishing myself for being unhealthy by being even worse!! It’s a vicious cycle and so many can resonate with that! Yes I took a different route for weight loss one which many don’t agree with, but it wasn’t for lack of trying it all, and mentally I just couldn’t do it any longer. So after alot of agonising over this decision I decided to do it! After some research and consultation with @getsliminturkey I finally changed my life! And it’s the best decision I have ever made! I’m so grateful for every single day and every day of feeling so much better. And I appreciate everything so much, I’ve always been blessed with what I have I just didn’t see it for a while! “Once you start appreciating life, that’s when you realise how much you truly have to live for” Whilst I always loved being active I now absolutely love it!! Yes I hiked mountains the size I was last year, I never gave up, I used to be 76 shades of purple in the face for gasping 🤣 but I never gave up, I am actually proud of that! But perhaps maybe trying to prove something to others, whereas now I’m only trying to prove things to myself! 🤍 This isn’t a post looking for compliments, this is a post to every single person who struggles with their weight/fitness/confidence that you can take control, you can change things for yourself.   2. I ended the year & started the new one in a negative mind frame. All i could see was the bad that the last 12 months brought and i felt yet again it was another year wrote off. I'd planned on putting together a recap but that got pushed aside to make room for my rain cloud lol. Having some time to look back it reminds me there is so much good in my life. My dad grew up right beside here, and I spent my younger years begging to be brought into the centre while visiting my grandad.
