  3. August 2024 😍 After 8 weeks, my upper blepharoplasty results have improved and improved, so I’m delighted. Dr Joyce @cormacwjoyce told me the full results occur around the 6 month mark but even so, I’m delighted with what I’m seeing so far. There has been no pain or discomfort throughout the procedure and recovery and I am really pleased that I decided to get it done. I spent 30 years fixating on this excess skin on my eyelids, and a confidence-boosting 2-hour visit (surgery is 15 minutes max) has fixed it permanently. I’m not known for oversharing on Instagram, but the reason I filmed this entire blepharoplasty diary is that even though it’s a popular and fast procedure, people never see the recovery side of things. Before and after pictures are great, but it’s all of those in-between times during recovery that people are interested in.
