  2. Tort de biscuiți, pe care-l “coace” frigiderul, că noi ne-am copt destul zilele astea. Ai nevoie doar de 5 ingrediente și, după câteva ore la frigider, e rece și bun și nu e vina mea dacă mananci toata tava o dată 😈(la noi s-a petrecut😅). Ingrediente: 1 plic de crema pentru tort de biscuiti de la @droetker_ro 100 g zahar 1 litru de lapte 100 g ciocolata neagra 200 g biscuiti petit beurre 1. Am amestecat zahărul cu plicul de cremă de la Dr. Oetker. Amestecând, am turnat laptele și am pus cratița pe foc. Am lăsat cratița pe foc, amestecând constant, iar, după ce a început să fiarbă, am mai lăsat pe foc crema 5 minute. 2. Am luat crema de pe foc și am turnat-o într-un bol termorezistent în care am pus ciocolata mărunțită. Am lăsat să stea 2 minute apoi am amestecat bine cu un tel. 3. Am așezat un strat de biscuiți într-o tavă de 18 x 20 cm pe care am tapetat-o cu hârtie de copt (ca să pot scoate tortul mai ușor după ce se răcește), am turnat ¼ din crema obținută (aproximativ 280 g), am pus următorul strat de biscuiți și am repetat procesul până am pus al patrulea strat de biscuiți și am acoperit totul cu crema rămasă. 4.   3. (reteta mai jos) Am incercat sa reproduc cartofii taranesti cu #bacon pe care-i mancam acum 12-14 ani de fiecare data cand mergeam la restaurantul Smart’s, care era odata pe str. Alexandru Donici nr. 14. Mi-au iesit la fel de buni si aproape identici cu cei din amintirea mea - care poate erau totusi asa de buni si pentru ca eram mai tanar 😅 Ingrediente (pentru 2 persoane): - Cartofi fierti (500-600 g) - 100 g bucatele bacon - 1 ceapa rosie mica - 2 linguri de ulei de floarea soarelui (sau untura/grasime de rata) 1. Fierbe cartofii si lasa-i la racit, apoi curata-i si taie-i in bucati de cam 1.5 cm si lasa-i deoparte (poti folosi si cartofi gata fierti de la magazin, dar sa ii strecori bine de apa). 2. Pune o tigaie cu strat antiaderent pe arzatorul mediu, la foc mediu, impreuna cu uleiul si bucatile de bacon. Prajeste baconul vreo 5 min. pana se topeste grasimea de pe el si se rumeneste si scoate-l cu o lingura intr-un castron. Pune cartofii in tigaie si tine-i acolo vreo 20 de min. pana se rumenesc pe toate partile (amesteca de cateva ori prin ei, ca sa se rumeneasca uniform). 3. Cand cartofii s-au rumenit, adauga ceapa rosie taiata rondele si mai tine tigaia pe foc inca 5 min. Adauga putina sare, si, in ultimul minut, adauga baconul rumenit. Amesteca bine si ataca-i cat sunt calzi. #cartofi #comfortfoods #potatolover #doarnusuntemsalbatici #retetesimple #baconbaconbacon
