What put you off Aspire.io – was it the high pricing? Maybe you find the influencer database a little lacking, or the software a touch glitchy? Or perhaps it was something else entirely.
Either way, you’re shopping around for Aspire.io alternatives. And you’re in the right place, because I’ve analyzed dozens of influencer marketing tools to bring you a comprehensive list of the 10 best options, including pricing information, customer reviews, and how they compare to Aspire.
Why consider Aspire.io alternatives?

Aspire.io is a solid influencer marketing platform.
It handles everything from influencer discovery to outreach to content management to campaign tracking. I like the neat reverse image search feature, which unearths influencers with similar content to your top-performing creator partners. And it has some cool extras, like a built-in creator marketplace for running influencer campaigns with zero manual searching.
But it also has some pretty major drawbacks. You can find plenty of negative reviews on platforms like Capterra and G2, but for my money, these are the biggest issues with Aspire:
- Transparent pricing: Aspire.io offers three plans – Essentials, Pro, and Enterprise – but doesn’t disclose pricing information for any of them, which makes it tough to weigh up against other platforms. However, Capterra lists a starting price of $2,499 per month. If accurate, this would make Aspire.io one of the most expensive influencer marketing platforms out there 💸
- Influencer database: Per Aspire’s own marketing copy, the platform has a database of 170+ million influencers. That’s not unimpressive, but it’s way fewer than competitors like HypeAuditor (206.8+ million influencers) and, ahem, Modash (350+ million profiles).
- Lookalike search: Aspire no longer allows users to run “lookalike” searches on Instagram, making it harder to find influencers with similar audiences and content to your current top-performers.
- Content tracking: When it comes to automatically tracking live posts, Aspire relies on influencers to either submit their own content via briefs or tag the brand. So if they add the wrong tags (or just forget), you’ll have to search for their content manually 🤦 Which is a serious heavy lift at scale.
- Influencer payments: Helpfully, you can pay influencers through Aspire rather than using a third-party payment tool. However, payments are sent via PayPal in US dollars – so if your influencer partners use a different currency, they’ll be charged a conversion fee on their agreed rates.
- Technical issues: Aspire generally reviews well, but I’ve seen a few complaints about technical problems – including slow speeds, troublesome integrations, and buggy performance 🚧 Sure, all software glitches occasionally. But given Aspire’s sky-high pricing, it’s reasonable to expect higher standards.
- Self-serve options: With no free plan or option to sign up for a free trial, the only way to learn more about Aspire is to speak to a sales rep. Sure, you’ll likely need to speak to them at some point anyway, but I’d rather do my own due diligence first – and it’s hard to do this with Aspire.
If any of the above sounds like a concern, it’s time to consider one of the following Aspire.io alternatives…
1. Modash

🥇 Best for: End-to-end influencer marketing for Shopify stores
🤔 What is it: Modash is an end-to-end influencer marketing platform built specifically for Shopify stores. Modash helps you find and reach out to brand-fit influencers, manage their content, and pay them. Use our best-in-class Shopify integration to streamline labor-intensive tasks like ordering products for influencers and sharing affiliate links.
🤼♂️ Modash vs Aspire.io:
- Shopify integration: Aspire integrates with Shopify and WooCommerce, whereas Modash only does Shopify. However, our Shopify integration is the best of the best, letting you create promo codes, track link clicks and redemptions, manage affiliate links, and simplify influencer orders for product seeding campaigns.

- Influencer database: Aspire features 170+ million influencer profiles, which stacks up well against most platforms – but it’s less than half the size of Modash’s 350+ million database.

- Natural language search: Aspire’s search tools are largely based around hashtags, filters, and keywords. Modash does all that stuff too – plus we also have a super smart AI search tool, which lets you describe the type of influencer you’re looking for using simple, natural language.

- Outreach convenience: Both platforms allow you to message influencers via email (plus Aspire also lets you reach out via Insta DMs). The difference is, in Modash, influencer emails are easily accessible anywhere in the platform. Whether you're in the influencer discovery tab, the campaign tracking tab, or anywhere else, you can pull up the relationship sidebar in a click. Our dedicated influencer marketing inbox contains all your conversations – plus all the context you need to reply (like profile data, codes, links, and notes).

- Automated content tracking: Modash’s Event Mode captures all live influencer content shared during a specified date range, with zero extra effort for you or your influencer partners. By contrast, Aspire’s tracking features rely on influencers to submit content via briefs or add the right tags in the right places, leaving plenty of scope for posts to get missed.

- Influencer payments: With Aspire, all influencer payments are sent through PayPal in USD, so non-American influencers will get charged for converting into their local currency. Whereas Modash lets you pay influencers in 36 currencies across 180 countries. Plus you only have to pay a single invoice – to us. We handle the rest.

💵 Price: Modash offers a 14-day free trial. Paid plans start at $199/month (paid annually) or $299/month (paid monthly). 👉 Modash Plans and Pricing
🤝 Used by: Birkenstock, Bonprix, Victoria’s Secret, Mont Blanc, Sennheiser
✨ Review score: ★ 4.9/5 (Capterra), ★ 5/5 (Shopify App Store), ★ 4.9/5 (G2)
📣 Testimonial: “Modash is unmatched. Its huge data pool lets us quickly find thousands of creators with the right audience.” – Maris Niilus, Influencer Campaign Specialist at Trendhim
2. Later Influence (FKA Mavrck)

🥇 Best for: Full-funnel influencer marketing plus managed services
🤔 What is it: Heard of the social media management tool Later? Well, those folks bought the influencer marketing platform formerly known as Mavrck and rebranded it as Later Influence, an end-to-end solution with optional agency-style managed services.
🤼♂️ Later Influence vs Aspire.io:
- Influencer database: Platform screenshots show Later’s Influencer Index database included just under 10.6 million profiles at time of writing. This means Aspire’s influencer database is approximately 17x larger than Later’s, so there’s no competition here.
- Integrations: Aspire integrates with a bunch of tools, from affiliate networks to email providers to ecommerce platforms (Shopify and WooCommerce). Later Influence only has two integrations, with Mavely Links and Shopify
- Influencer payments: With Aspire, you can only pay influencers in USD, whereas Later supports payments in 25+ currencies via Stripe.
💵 Price: Later Influence doesn’t offer a free trial and doesn’t publish pricing information 🤷
🤝 Used by: American Girl, GoPro, Pottery Barn
✨ Review score: ★ 4.5/5 (G2), ★ 4.6/5 (Capterra), ★ 8.2/10 (TrustRadius)
📣 Testimonial: “Later Influence is a really easy, seamless, and cost-efficient way for us to get not only lots of content but good content.” – Leah Hydzik, Social Media Marketing Manager at American Greetings
3. GRIN

🥇 Best for: Generalist influencer marketing
🤔 What is it: Whereas some influencer tools target specific niches or business types, GRIN aims to support brands of any size, in any niche, and with any level of influencer program maturity. GRIN is an end-to-end platform, so it covers everything from discovery to campaign management to payments.
🤼♂️ GRIN vs Aspire.io:
- Influencer database: GRIN has a slight edge here, with 190+ million influencers vs. Aspire’s 170+ million (although it’s worth noting that Aspire also has a separate creator marketplace with a further 1+ million influencers). Realistically, you shouldn’t struggle to find relevant influencers on either platform – although neither can compete with Modash here.
- Ecommerce integrations: GRIN integrates with Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, Shopify, and WooCommerce. Aspire only integrates with Shopify and WooCommerce.
- Managed service: Aspire offers its own influencer marketing agency services spanning influencer sourcing, campaign support, media buying, and more. GRIN is purely a self-serve platform.
💵 Price: While GRIN doesn’t share pricing information, Capterra quotes a price of $999+/month. It doesn’t offer a free trial, either.
🤝 Used by: ColourPop, Skims, Vera Bradley
✨ Review score: ★ 4.5/5 (G2), ★ 4.7/5 (Capterra), ★ 6.2/10 (TrustPilot)
📣 Testimonial: “GRIN has allowed me to automate processes, saving me time, money, and allowing me to scale my influencer programs.” – Lydia Lee, Affiliates and Ambassadors at Nutpods

4. CreatorIQ

🥇 Best for: AI-driven influencer recruitment for global brands
🤔 What is it: CreatorIQ is another end-to-end influencer marketing platform, so you can use it to find influencers, brief them, track their content, and pay them for their efforts. It also has a neat AI-powered search tool for finding brand-fit influencers.
🤼♂️ CreatorIQ vs Aspire.io:
- Influencer search: Like Modash, CreatorIQ’s AI search tool lets you find influencers using natural language queries (like “beauty creators from LA with US audiences”). Aspire doesn’t do this – but it does have a cool reverse image search-style feature that unearths influencers with similar content styles.
- Influencer database: CreatorIQ only has around 20 million influencer profiles. That might sound like a lot, but it doesn’t go far once you start hunting in specific niches and locations. Aspire is the clear winner here, with 170+ million influencers in its database, plus a separate creator marketplace with a further 1+ million profiles.
- Benchmarking: CreatorIQ has built-in benchmarking tools for comparing your brand performance against your biggest competitors. Aspire doesn’t have any competitive intelligence tools.
💵 Price: CreatorIQ doesn’t publish pricing information or offer a free trial. However, Capterra quotes a price of $36,000 per year for their Basic plan.
🤝 Used by: CVS, Nestle, Unilever
✨ Review score: ★ 4.7/5 (Cuspera), ★ 4.6/5 (G2), ★ 4.4/5 (Capterra)
📣 Testimonial: “CreatorIQ is the only way we can accelerate leveraging the power of creators in a manner which is safe, sound, and that we can track properly.” – Aude Gandon, CMO at Nestle

5. Upfluence

🥇 Best for: Influencer marketing integrations
🤔 What is it: Upfluence is an all-round affiliate and influencer marketing platform. It’s a popular choice among ecommerce brands thanks to its integrations with tools like Amazon, Klaviyo, and Shopify.
🤼♂️ Upfluence vs Aspire.io:
- Database size: Upfluence is no match for Aspire here, with a database of just 9+ million verified influencers. By contrast, Aspire lists 170+ million influencer profiles.
- Creator marketplace: Both Aspire and Upfluence have creator marketplaces, allowing you to share a brief and receive pitches from vetted influencers in your niche. However, Upfluence’s marketplace is way bigger, with 12+ million influencers (vs 1+ million for Aspire).
- Ecommerce integrations: Aspire integrates with Shopify and WooCommerce. Upfluence does the same, as well as integrating with Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, and Amazon Attribution.
💵 Price: Upfluence offers a free influencer analytics Chrome extension, but no free trial. The Upfluence website contains zero pricing information, but G2 lists one pricing edition at $478 per month.
🤝 Used by: Benefit, HelloFresh, Revolut
✨ Review score: ★ 4.6/5 (G2), ★ 4.2/5 (Trustpilot), ★ 4.3/5 (Capterra)
📣 Testimonial: “Upfluence has created ease in tracking sales, organizing, and managing our influencers.” – Megan Cody, Director of Brand Marketing & Creative, Branded

6. Heepsy

🥇 Best for: Basic, low-cost influencer discovery
🤔 What is it: Finally, a tool that isn’t an end-to-end influencer marketing platform. Heepsy focuses on one core element of the influencer marketing process: search and recruitment. Use it to find relevant influencers on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
🤼♂️ Heepsy vs Aspire.io:
- Influence database: For a dedicated search tool, Heepsy doesn’t offer the largest influencer database. It’s a little vague about the actual numbers, but I found an old post on the Heepsy blog that mentions having “more than 11 million influencers”. Even if that figure has increased tenfold – which seems unlikely – it’s still significantly smaller than Aspire’s database of 170+ million influencers.
- Transparent pricing: Heepsy deserves a round of applause for being upfront about its pricing and exactly what you get for your money. Aspire, by contrast, doesn’t share any public pricing information.
- Budget-friendly search: Sure, Heepsy doesn’t have a huge database, but you can access it free of charge. Or upgrade to a paid plan from $89 per month to add influencer lists, outreach, and access to Heepsy’s creator marketplace. Aspire doesn’t offer a free plan (or even a free trial), and even its entry-level tier runs to four figures a month.
💵 Price: Heepsy offers limited influencer search tools free of charge. Paid plans range from $89 – $369+ per month.
🤝 Used by: Birchbox, Carl’s Jr, Uber Eats
✨ Review score: ★ 4.5/5 (Capterra), ★ 4.9/5 (ProductHunt), ★ 4.5/5 (G2)
📣 Testimonial: “I really like Heepsy for its extensive database of influencers across various social media platforms, advanced search filters, and in-depth analytics.” – Olivia S, small business user

7. Shopify Collabs

🥇 Best for: Basic, affordable Shopify affiliate marketing
🤔 What is it: Shopify Collabs is Shopify’s dedicated affiliate marketing app. Use it to build and manage your own performance-driven influencer program from the comfort of your Shopify admin.
🤼♂️ Shopify Collabs vs Aspire.io:
- Influencer database: Whereas Aspire features 170+ million influencer profiles, Shopify Collabs only says you can search “millions” of profiles. It’s worth noting that, at time of writing, Shopify wasn’t accepting new creator signups.
- Influencer recruitment: Shopify Collabs only lets you “invite” 100 up to 100 influencers to your program in any seven-day period, which is a serious barrier to scalability. Meanwhile, with Aspire, you can send bulk emails to hundreds of influencers at a time.
- Affordable pricing: Rather than a monthly subscription, Shopify Collabs charges a processing fee on affiliate commissions – so you only pay if your program is generating sales. While Aspire doesn’t share pricing information, it definitely isn’t cheap, with Capterra quoting a starting price of $2,499 per month.
💵 Price: The Shopify Collabs app is free to install but charges an additional 2.9% processing fee on affiliate payments.
🤝 Used by: Duradry, Kyte Baby, Solgaard
✨ Review score: ★ 3.6/5 (Shopify App Store)
📣 Testimonial: “Shopify Collabs has revolutionized our approach to working with influencers and ambassadors.” – Adrian Solgaard, Founder & CEO of Solgaard

8. Meltwater

🥇 Best for: Influencer marketing with built-in social media management
🤔 What is it: Meltwater is more than “just” an influencer marketing tool, with use cases spanning social listening, media relations, consumer intelligence, and social media management. Much of its influencer marketing functionality comes from Klear, the popular tool it acquired back in 2021.
🤼♂️ Meltwater vs Aspire.io:
- Influence database: Meltwater lets you search from 30+ million influencer profiles. That’s a whole lot fewer than Aspire, which has a database of 170+ million profiles.
- Extra features: Meltwater offers a ton of non-influencer marketing functionality, such as the ability to schedule and measure posts across hundreds of social media accounts. If you’re looking for an all-round social and consumer intelligence tool, it’s a better fit than Aspire.
- Creator marketplace: Don’t have time to search for influencers manually? With Aspire, you can attract bids from interested influencers through the platform’s creator marketplace. Meltwater doesn’t offer this feature.
💵 Price: Meltwater doesn’t offer a free trial and doesn’t share any pricing information.
🤝 Used by: Adidas, Estée Lauder, KAYAK
✨ Review score: ★ 4/5 (G2), ★ 7.2/10 (TrustRadius), ★ 4/5 (Capterra)
📣 Testimonial: “Having the qualitative data to reinforce the value of communications, and the value of our strategy, with trackable data monthly has been really helpful.” – Rob Miller, Senior Manager of Global External Communications at BIC
9. Julius

🥇 Best for: Multiplatform influencer search
🤔 What is it: Julius isn’t quite an end-to-end platform, but it offers tools for influencer discovery, communications, campaign performance analysis, and more. It’s owned by video sharing and streaming platform Triller.
🤼♂️ Julius vs Aspire.io:
- Platform coverage: Both Aspire and Julius let you search for influencers across a bunch of social networks, but Julius has a slight edge, covering eight platforms – Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, and Twitch. The Aspire database spans Facebook, Insta, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Influencer payments: Julius doesn’t offer any facility for handling influencer payments, so you’ll have to use a third-party tool – which means more busy work. With Aspire, you can pay influencers through the platform thanks to its PayPal integration.
- Influencer database: Aspire has a generous database of 170+ million influencers. That’s almost certainly more than Triller, which says it features “millions” of influencer profiles.
💵 Price: Julius doesn’t share pricing information, but Capterra says its Basic plan costs $24,000 per year.
🤝 Used by: Club Med, Dentsu, New York Islanders
✨ Review score: ★ 4.5/5 (GetApp), ★ 4.5/5 (G2)
📣 Testimonial: “Saves us time, streamlines campaign activation, and allows us to be more strategic in finding influencers.” – Jenna Koeble, Associate Director at Evins
10. MightyScout

🥇 Best for: Affordable influencer management and analytics
🤔 What is it: MightyScout isn’t quite an all-in-one influencer marketing platform. But it does most of the stuff you need, from influencer search and outreach to gifting and influencer analytics. And it’s reasonably priced compared to bigger tools like Aspire.
🤼♂️ MightyScout vs Aspire.io:
- Influencer payments: If you want a solution with built-in influencer payments, MightyScout ain’t the one. On the flip side, Aspire lets you pay influencers via PayPal.
- Lookalike search: Aspire doesn’t let you search for lookalike influencers on Instagram. Whereas with MightyScout, you can simply copy-paste your favorite Insta profiles to instantly generate thousands of similar influencers.
- Social listening: With MightyScout, you get notified any time your brand gets mentioned on Instagram or TikTok, so you can learn from (and potentially re-use) the content. Aspire doesn’t offer any social listening functionality.
💵 Price: MightyScout offers a 14-day free trial. Paid plans range from $99 – $749 per month.
🤝 Used by: Craft, Lancôme, WHOOP
✨ Review score: ★ 4.7/5 (Capterra)
📣 Testimonial: “It would take 10 people to do the work if we didn’t have MightyScout. I would have quit my job if we hadn’t gotten this tool.” – Kiah Zellner-Smith, Multimedia Marketing Manager at IES Abroad
