  3. - I FASTED FOR FOUR DAYS Since gym closed down for two months, I’ve become lazy. Tbh, I really don’t feel the vibes getting home workout. Light dumbbells up to 12kg each side, booty bands, and all kind of different bands are just not the same satisfying as weights. Being lazy without same amount workouts and all this time staying at home. I started to have strong cravings on food again. Everyday I’m craving different stuff, and it just gets crazier day by day. I’ve had too much McDonald’s and cinnamon rolls. I decided to start doing a fasting right after my period because the week before I even started having midnight snack everyday, which I haven’t had for few years already. Four days fasting was under supervision of my coach. And it went out much easier than I expected! I had only water, lemonade and black coffee. I wasn’t feeling any hunger at all which was quite surprising. Only the third day I woke up feeling a little dizzy but the forth day I was so energetic and I felt awesome! The main purpose of four days fasting for me personally is to stop my food craves especially sugar craves and it works well with me! Everyone has different preferences on food and diet habit so always make sure you’re under supervision from coaches or doctors when you do extreme diet changes. Drop any questions 😁 - 我斷食四天! 看了 @peeta.gege 的影片加上過去對自己飲食行為的認識,我決定斷食四天,希望可以改善我在三級期間控制不住想吃甜食、油炸類的渴望。 四天下來我沒有感受到特別的飢餓感,只有第三天起床時頭有一點暈,一整天好像沒有什麼能量的感覺,但是反觀第四天我精神狀態很好,整個身體也感覺很輕盈,不像我在斷食前覺得整個人很沉很負擔! 跟大家分享斷食前後的一個小改變,記得激烈的飲食改變要在教練或醫生的協助下進行比較安全! 詳細斷食的好處可以看 Peeta 葛格的影片講得非常詳細,對我個人而言我覺得最大的好處是在中斷我對精緻食品的渴望,幫助我回歸到規律的飲食! 你們覺得我這四天的改變大嗎😁
