  1. The ✨End & Beginning✨ Chapter - Episode 3/3 finalllllly You know how they alway say “there’s always a light at the end of a dark tunnel” - this part of my life was literally living proof of that exact phase. ✨ As I ended this era of my life I couldn’t help but think how grateful and thankful I was that I held on to see this all play out! It’s no secret when you go through a rough patch or hit rock bottom the thought of leaving it all is always playing in the back of your head not only that but every thing else plays in your head… & I know this all to well. I know a lot of poly women get stuck in this exact rut. It’s nothing new that feeling that you are feeling, ALONE, SCARED, STRUGGLING - I feel you… hold on, it gets better honest🫶🏾 As I now have entered this new chapter full of the unknown and out of my comfort zone… BUT I couldn’t be any happier & content atm! I adore all mamas that have been doing this for years now esp my own mum!!💯 I now understand EVERYTHING I used to read on social media about motherhood! Not going to lie, it’s hard & lonely at times. Bare minimum sleep & tend to forget about yourself all the time lol but wouldn’t have it any other way. I’m learning to leave the past in the past and focus on the here and now ✨ I hope by sharing this part of my life on my online journal with my online fams that I have related to someone else out there in the same boat! Stay true to yourself and see it out cause it’s honestly the best thing ever🤍🤍 if at any point you are seriously struggling, just know I am only a DM away‼️ xx Love always ya girl Fofo🫶🏾

  1. BREAKING: You are not too fat to get in photos. You just have your chair poses all wrong. And I’m here to fix that, stat. 🪑 First things first, never sit all the way back in your chair. Why? Because sinking back turns your waist into a one-shape-fits-all rectangle (and not in a cute way). Sit forward, darling—your waist will thank you. 💡 Arm placement matters. Keep them at your sides or resting lightly on your tummy (no pancaked arms here, thank you!). And for the love of angles, if you’re sitting side-on, never point the side of your thigh directly at the camera—it’ll make it look wider. Instead, shift slightly so your knee angles toward the lens. Instant leg-lengthening sorcery. 👑 Leaning back pose? Sit on the edge of your seat (yes, the edge is our new bestie). Cross your legs, lean back like you own the place, twist your torso slightly towards the camera for a killer shape, and rest an arm across your tummy. Elegant, effortless, flattering. 💃 Leaning forward pose? Again, edge of the seat. Cross those legs, lean forward slightly, and rest your arms gently on your knees. This = effortless confidence. 📸 Side pose? Shift all your weight onto your hip, cross your legs out to the side (not stiffly together), and use your arms for balance and body contouring. One arm supports, the other softly drapes across your waist. Hello, effortless grace. ✨ Over 300 women have already improved their photos with my $5 Posing Guide—isn’t it your turn? Comment SELFIE below to get it in your hot little hands.

  2. People are attacking how my body looks online and it is mainly women. I have recently had two reels go viral. One with nearly 6 million views and the other nearing 3 million as I write this post. Both reels were put out into the world to help women feel more confident when they are in photos by trying easy and flattering poses when they are both standing and sitting. I have had a tonne of gratitude and thanks from those who appreciated the content. I have also been bombarded with people - 99% of them women - commenting on my body and how it is not good enough. ‘Just lose weight’ ‘Wear a bra’ ‘She still looks fat’ ‘Diet’ ‘Her face looks so old’ I could take these to heart and stop posting content. I could take up less space and cause harm to my health trying to do so....I could hate who I am. But I don’t. Every single bump, sticky out-y bit, line, wrinkle and scar - they all earnt a place on and in my body. Every chapter I have lived as a woman has always left a little doggy ear behind to remind me of just how much life I have lived. Some things I get to carry on my body, other people in this world will never get to experience. I will never hate what I carry. I will never shrink myself to make people feel more comfortable. I am taking up the exact amount of space I want as a human. I will never apologise for being the woman I am or hide any part of my humanity. If you have ever been made to feel less than, my advice as a woman, mother and photographer. Get in the photos anyways. Document your chapters as you are - as Dr Suess says ‘No one is you-er than you’. Beauty standards as a patriarchal construct to keep you imprisoned in consumerism and continue to make women hate women.... take off your bra and let those girls breeeeeathe!! Much love x

  3. When you realise you’re being watched… 😉 thought it might be time to share an introduction post, so here’s 10 things you may or may not know about me… 1. I first discovered and wanted to find out more about yoga when I was 16 years old, thankfully my mum obliged and got me a DVD that came with a book for Christmas that year 2. It took another 5 years & and occasional class here and there to have an Ah-ha moment in a yoga practice, a further 12 months on that to be completely and utterly hooked, and another 12 or so months on that to decide to do my YTT 3. My mum was the person who inspired me to take the leap to sign up to my training to learn more as she completed her Yoga TT first! 4. Since then I have completed Prana Vinyasa, Pre & Post Natal, SUP yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Advanced Asana, Creative Sequencing & Subtle Body trainings and have another 3 I’m working through on top of that so that I can officially be considered 500hr qualified (as even though I am, most of my trainings are with different schools and it doesn’t count apparently 🙄) 5. I’m a 4/1 Generator, and an Aries with Taurus rising and moon, I’m all systems go until my 1 kicks in which shifts me into deep learning mode, and if I had my way I’d disappear off the face of the planet and dive deep - homebody at ❤️ 6. For 6 years I taught yoga alongside my full time corporate job, this includes scheduling in time to teach retreats both in Noosa and Byron Bay and also in Croatia, Mexico, The Maldives and Greece. 7. I’ve taught over 10 of my own retreats in Aus and overseas, and supported / co-taught on many more, experiences where you get to dive deep are where you’ll really get to see me come alive 8. I was 29 when I got married to @tobiasdonbavand who has been with me since those early yoga exploration days 9. I was 2 weeks off turning 30 when I birthed little Olive Luna, what an initiation into the next decade of my life that was! I was 31 when I birthed Hem just 18 months later 😅 10. I could never hang from monkey bars or do handstands as a child, still can’t as an adult, maybe one day I will add it as something I can “do” in my practice but I’m happy as a student of it all for now!
