SPK for me had the crown & bears a close second a few others in the top 10. Northern soul have now claimed top spot…..for now. I Cup Medium Grain Rice 1 Cup Cihan Rice or Basmati Rice 1/2 Kilo Chicken, We used thigh 3 long Large Eggplants 2 large Potato’s 2 large Tomatoes 300 grams Lamb mince 2 Tbsp of butter, divided 1 Chicken Stock Cube dissolved in a Bowl with 3 Cups of water( you might not need all of it ) Spice blend for rice 1 tsp Black pepper , Saxa ground pepper 1 Tsp Mixed Spice 1 Tsp All Spice 1 Tsp Salt Soak both rice in a bowl for minimum 1 hour Add oil to a pan, add mince meat, salt and pepper. Cook mince and set aside in a bowl. Slice tomatoes Slice eggplants long ways as per video. Add salt and let them stand for 10 minutes. You will see moisture release. Use kitchen paper to dab them and remove moisture. Deep fry your eggplant in batches. Set aside on a plate with kitchen paper once cooked. Line your pot with first. Tomatoes, then the mince, then the eggplants ( see highlights) Add Potatoes, Chicken then your rice. In a large pot add Water and a Chicken stock cube and dissolve. ( Check Salt ) Bring to a Boil and have it ready because you want to add boiling stock to the rice. Place enough stock to just cover the rice. Fold down your eggplants on top of the rice downwards Bring to a boil then turn down to the lowest heat. C H U R R O S 2 cups water 110 grams unsalted butter 2 Cups Plain Flour 2 Tbsp Sugar 2 Medium Eggs 1 tsp Vanilla Essence or Paste 1/4 tsp Salt Vegetable oil for frying Sugar Coating 1 Cup Sugar 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Add water, butter, sugar and salt to a large Pot , bring to a boil over medium to high heat. Add flour the reduce the heat to low and cook and stir constantly with a rubber spatula until mixture comes together and is smooth. Transfer mixture to a large mixing bowl, let cool 5 minutes. Add Eggs and Vanilla and blend with a Food mixer or by hand. Add mixture into a piping bag. Line baking paper on a tray and pipe the mixture to the desired size. Freeze for 10 minutes. Heat oil in a pot and fry until golden. Transfer to plate with paper towel then quickly coat in sugar mixture. #churros #dessert #recipe #snack

I used Pane Di Casa (The Below recipe is based on half the loaf) Garlic Butter 4 Tbsp of Butter 3 Cloves of Garlic 1 1/2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano 1/4 tsp Salt Chicken 5 Chicken Tenderloins 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 Tsp Paprika 1 tsp Onion Powder 1/2 tsp Salt 3 Tbsp Oil Alfredo Sauce 2 Cups Cream 2 Tbsp Butter 1 Tbsp Oil 2 Cloves Garlic 1/4 tsp Salt 1 tsp Chicken Salt 1 tsp onion Powder 1/3 Cup of Parmesan Cheese Extra Parmesan and Mozzarella for the Loaf In a bowl, mix the softened butter, garlic, Dried Oregano and chopped parsley. Set aside.
 Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
 Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken until it golden brown and cooked through. Set aside
 Once chicken is cool chop into strips or small pieces. Set aside. In the same pan, add olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
 Pour in the heavy cream and add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and chicken salt. Stir to combine.
 Gradually whisk in the parmesan cheese and simmer the sauce until thickened to your desired consistency. Set aside in a plate. To Assemble Cut your loaf in half. Spread Butter all over. Drizzle your Alfredo sauce over your loaf. Add a 1/4 cup of Parmesan Cheese all over the loaf Add a 1/4 Cup Mozzarella Add Your sliced Chicken Drizzle more sauce all over loaf Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until Golden.   3. My favourite way to serve burrata 🍅 I have been loving this dish lately, it’s perfect for warm Summer afternoons and for sharing with family and friends To make it, I mix these ingredients in a bowl:
- 1/2 punnet cherry tomatoes, sliced into quarters
- 7-8 green olives, pitted and diced finely
- 8-10 fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper (to taste)

Hunting wild hogs, cruising rivers, sharing meals and getting an insight into their way of life . While on a large ranch, the boss had a big gator that’d been eating calves and cattle dogs out of a man made watering hole. So he asked if we could take it out.   2. PRISSY’S - TAYTA’S SPAGHETTI (Arabic style) Every time I miss my grandmother’s food I make her spaghetti. This is how she used to make it except with a lot more Ghee 🙈🙈 Please follow my cooking journey for more delicious recipes @prissys_kitchen Recipe👇 500G spaghetti 1kg of diced lamb 1 onion diced 2 garlic gloves diced really fine 1/3 oil ( instead of ghee) 1 tablespoon salt 1 tablespoon mixed spices 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon white pepper 1 jar of mutti passata sauce 2 cups of pasta water - Cook the pasta - as per packet instructions - add plenty of salt to the water. - In a pot/ pan add oil and the lamb and cook it if until brown in colour. - Add the onion and sauté until translucent, following by the garlic. - Add the spices and passata & mix it altogether really well. - Add the pasta and pasta water and mix. - Turn the head to medium low and simmer for a further 5 minutes.   3. PRISSYS ALMOND, MILO & COCONUT BALLS 🤤 This is one of those special treats that really hits the spot with my cup of coffee. It has the perfect sweetness and crunch! Must make recipe @prissys_kitchen Recipe⬇️⬇️⬇️ 4.5 packet’s of milk arrowroot biscuits @arnottsbiscuits 3 cans of condensed milk 4 heaped tablespoons of milo Roasted unsalted almonds (optional - don’t use if any allergies) 2 cups of desiccated coconut (to coat) - blitz up the biscuits - place them in a large bowl a@d add the milo - add the condensed milk and mix really well until all incorporated. Should be a smoothie consistency not too runny and tot too hard . - once your mixture is ready take some and roll into a ball, insert the almonds and close it back up in a ball shape as seen in my reel. - dip the balls into the coconut making sure they are fully coated - once you have completed them all place them into the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.
