Using preferably a tall deep soup bowl, sieve in the flour, coconut sugar, and cacao powder. 2. Add the soy milk, vanilla extract, olive oil, and salt, whisk together to form a chocolate batter. 3. Sprinkle over the salt, cacao powder, coconut sugar and finally top with boiling water. 4. Place in the microwave to cook for 90 seconds. 5. - 1/2 punnet cherry tomatoes, sliced into quarters
- 7-8 green olives, pitted and diced finely
- 8-10 fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper (to taste)

  3. This has to be my favourite house that I've ever photographed! This beauty is in COOTAMUNDRA in the picturesque Riverina. Settled in the 1830s, this little town grew like so many other Australian towns with the Gold Rush boom. Then by the 1860s it was a significant service town for the surrounding agricultural and pastoral community. @theoldegeneralstore is a lovely little cafe in Parker Street. You must plan a roadtrip out to this pretty region, especially in Canola season which spans from August to October, where the fields turn to gold!
