  3. Consistency always wins. 🫶🏼 •First snippet & stats were from June ‘24 when I started consistently cycling in my IM prep for Busso (had no footage on the road). Looking at this first video makes me cringe, I look so awkward hahah. I remember doing that ride in June after getting home from Bali and it was my 5th ride on my TT bike. I was thinking shit, cycling is harder than I thought and I only have 6 months until this IM, lol. For my IM prep last year I honestly did not pay attention to my bike stats or really any stats for that matter, I left that for my coach. I just focused on getting every session done to the best of my ability and took notes of how good/shit I felt! Some rides were such a slog. Cycling solo for hourssss on end in an isolating area wasn’t the easiest at times but I enjoyed the challenge. •Last snippet was from 2 weeks ago on a training ride, in a training build at the time and feeling fkn incredible!! Since Busso I honestly feel like I’ve found a great flow with training & it’s been cool to see the stats / progress reflect that. Very excited for the year ahead 🥺 but for now we focus on getting through this fractured shoulder. Consistent effort always pays off.
