  1. I WISH I knew this stuff years ago but we’re here now so don’t make the same mistakes I did 👇🏽 If you’re confused about training, stuck in a plateau or just want to start seeing some real progress, let’s chat. Click the link in my bio to find out more about 1:1 coaching 🔗💪🏽 1️⃣ I started training HARD I used to do the typical “3 sets of 12” sh!t. Comfortable, predictable, and ineffective. Once I ditched that and started utilising things like pyramid sets, drop sets and training till absolute failure, that’s when I actually started to grow. Stop leaving reps in the tank. If you’re not trembling through your last rep, you didn’t go hard enough. 2️⃣ I started fuelling my body properly I wasn’t eating enough, and my metabolism was paying the price. It’s impossible to train hard if you’re feeding yourself like a small toddler. I started eating MORE high-protein, nutrient-dense foods and utilising supplements to support my body. Creatine was a massive contributor to my muscle development, glutamine for recovery, and a hydration supplement (most underrated supplement on the market). All available from @ehplabs @ehplabs_ausnz code: SCARLY 3️⃣ I started actually sticking to my plans Consistency is the most important part of all of this, because you can plan a week of meals and workouts but unless you’re sticking to it; it’s not going to happen. Discipline Tip: Pick one habit and make it non-negotiable. It can be anything from flossing every night to going for a walk every morning. You HAVE to do this habit every day, for a month. Once you start to show yourself that you can trust your own word, it becomes a lot easier to stick to bigger goals. The biggest thing is, if you say you’re going to do something, do it. Otherwise, you learn not to trust yourself, the most dangerous habit you can form. Click the link in my bio for more information on how to work with me and achieve the results I have 🎯🔗 #weightloss #gym #gymtok #beforeandafter #gymresults

  3. This is super confronting to post but I am sharing in the hopes that this will give someone hope who might be in the position I was 4 years ago. I stumbled across this video I took when I was about to turn 19. Finding this video honestly broke my heart and made me so emotional because of the pain I remembered I was in emotionally. Losing weight was my every waking thought and I never EVER thought I would be able to get out of the horrible spiral I was in for YEARS. My self confidence was 0 even though I portrayed a bubbly and outgoing person on the outside, the inside girl was deeply insecure, unhappy and didn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. The reason that I am sharing this is because I really want to give even just one person a glimmer of hope that they can get out of the bad place they are in, be it mentally or physically. We are our biggest critics and sometimes we don’t look back to see how far we have come and how things have changed for the better – but today I can look back and say I am so damn proud of the woman I have become. I have worked so incredibly hard to be the person I am today and have had the biggest mental and physical transformation (the mental even bigger than physical). Although it absolutely breaks my heart into a million pieces to watch that video I honestly just want to go back and tell myself that I WILL be healthy one day and I WILL achieve what I want. So can you ❤️ #bodytransformation #weightloss #fatlosstransformation #weightlossjourney #weightlossmotivation
