Last year when the urge hit, I decided to approach it in phases and first relax my hair and enjoy it in that state, hence the few relaxed hair tutorials you’ve been seeing on here.😬 Prior to 2019 my hair was always relaxed. Early 2019 I got a pixie cut and as my hair was growing out of the pixie, I spontaneously decided to let it grow in its natural state. So I took the period in which it was relaxed (last year) to decide if whether I wanted to grow my hair out in its natural state or to return to relaxing it once it started growing post the chop. Based of the four months in which it was relaxed, I’ve decided to keep it short and natural😅. Short because it works for me. I realised during that period that I enjoy natural hair more. It’s in the simple things, like the way the hair waves up when it’s styled, and the texture. I just really love it! God knew what He was doing ok..😩 I actually find it easier to style than relaxed hair. So in short WE ARE KEEPING OUR 4c hair this side and the 4c tutorials are back. ❤️ Side note: I have nothing against relaxers.
