  3. Sometimes something bad has to happen to make you finally level up and start putting yourself first again. I’ve been focusing on myself for a year now, and I’ve grown so much. I took my first solo trip to Sicily, started golfing, got the tattoos I’ve always wanted, and went to the gym every single time I started to overthink or feel down. Which honestly made that membership completely worth it haha😝 And you know what? I became stronger. Physically, mentally, and emotionally. I followed my passions and met so many incredible people along the way.🫶🏽 So if you’re in a dark place right now, believe me — it will get better. No matter how bad the situation looks, sometimes the hardest moments are exactly what push you to become who you’re meant to be.🫶🏽 A close friend of mine @ramon_schnetzer has a tattoo that says “No rain, no flowers”, and I truly live by that now.

(Meine sind: Sport + Geographie) BERUFE: * SportlehrerIn * Möglichkeit an Sportschulen auch das Fach: „Sportkunde“ zu unterrichten —> somit können 3 Fächer unterrichtet werden, mit 2 studierten Fächern 💪🤩 SPORTWISSENSCHAFT Viele können sich anfangs nichts unter dem Studium: „SpoWi“ vorstellen & welche Jobs man später machen kann. Dabei ist das Studium so breit aufgestellt, dass es in wirklich vielen Bereichen sehr coole und interessante Berufsmöglichkeiten gibt: * Sporttestungen & Auswertungen von Profi-SportlerInnen zB. Im APC (Athlete Performance Center von Red Bull) * Gesundheitssport & Prävention * Sporttherapie Trainingstherapie (ähnlich wie Physiotherpeut, nur arbeitet man fast nur mit SportlerInnen (Bsp: AthletInnen die nach einem „Come back“ wieder in den Sport einsteigen wollen) oder in Rehakliniken * Universität & Forschung Forschungsinsitute/ Sporttestungen im zB. When abseiling, your hand is above the prusik and your thumb and index finger wrap around the rope and push the prusik as you abseil. . Check before go: * Is the rope threaded correctly in the fixed point (Abseilring)? * Are knots (Paketknoten) at the end of the rope? * Is the rope correctly hooked into the rappel device (Tuber - descender)? * Is the locking carabiner correctly hooked into the descender and sling and locked? * Is the prusik correct? Is it sufficiently far away from the rappel device (about a fist)?   2. Distribution of forces - pay attention to angles! When the forces are distributed (as with the girth hitch master point), the load is on the two fixed points depends on the angle. At an angle of 30° and an exact pull vertically downwards, the forces are applied to both fixed points divided. Around 50% loads on each of the two fixed points. From an angle of 120° more than 100% of the force is applied every single fixed point. Such an angle is therefore pointless, even dangerous.
