  2. 8 days without running... and honestly, I miss it so much. 🏃‍♀️💔 But my sciatica is still demanding patience. Instead of giving up, I’m actively working on my recovery! My "comeback plan": ✅ ADJUSTED TRAINING: My bodyweight routine is now 100% sciatica-friendly. ✅ DEEP STRETCHING:30 mins, twice a day, focusing on glutes, groin, and hip flexors. 🧘‍♀️ ✅ LOW IMPACT CARDIO: Elliptical sessions and long power walks (like today’s 13k!) keep me moving without irritating the nerve. 🚶‍♀️💨 It’s not about speed; it’s about staying in motion‼️ ➡️If you’re interested, I’d be happy to share my current strength and stretching exercises with you soon. 🧘‍♀️💪 Just a quick disclaimer: I’m not a professional—I’m simply sharing what’s personally helping me right now on my journey to becoming pain-free. Maybe some of it will be helpful for you too! ✨ 8 Tage ohne Laufen... und ich vermisse es ehrlich gesagt schon sehr. 🏃‍♀️💔 Aber mein Ischias zwingt mich aktuell noch zur Geduld.
