  2. 8 days without running... and honestly, I miss it so much. 🏃‍♀️💔 But my sciatica is still demanding patience. Instead of giving up, I’m actively working on my recovery! My "comeback plan": ✅ ADJUSTED TRAINING: My bodyweight routine is now 100% sciatica-friendly. ✅ DEEP STRETCHING:30 mins, twice a day, focusing on glutes, groin, and hip flexors. 🧘‍♀️ ✅ LOW IMPACT CARDIO: Elliptical sessions and long power walks (like today’s 13k!) keep me moving without irritating the nerve. 🚶‍♀️💨 It’s not about speed; it’s about staying in motion‼️ ➡️If you’re interested, I’d be happy to share my current strength and stretching exercises with you soon. 🧘‍♀️💪 Just a quick disclaimer: I’m not a professional—I’m simply sharing what’s personally helping me right now on my journey to becoming pain-free. Maybe some of it will be helpful for you too! ✨ 8 Tage ohne Laufen... und ich vermisse es ehrlich gesagt schon sehr. 🏃‍♀️💔 Aber mein Ischias zwingt mich aktuell noch zur Geduld. Anstatt den Kopf in den Sand zu stecken, steuere ich aktiv gegen! Mein Plan für den Weg zurück: ✅ ANGEPASSTES TRAINING:Mein Bodyweight-Programm habe ich komplett auf „ischiasfreundlich“ umgestellt. ✅ INTENSIVES DEHNEN: 2x täglich nehme ich mir 30 Min. Zeit für Gesäß, Leisten und Hüftbeuger. 🧘‍♀️ ✅ LOW IMPACT CARDIO: Ellipsentrainer und weite Spaziergänge (wie die heutigen 13 km!) halten mich fit, ohne die Nerven zu reizen. 🚶‍♀️💨 Es geht nicht darum, wie schnell man ist, sondern dass man in Bewegung bleibt‼️ ➡️ Falls ihr Interesse habt, zeige ich euch gerne demnächst mal meine aktuellen Kraft- und Dehnübungen hier. 🧘‍♀️💪 Nur als kleiner Hinweis: Ich bin kein Profi und zeige euch lediglich das, was mir persönlich gerade gut tut und hilft, wieder schmerzfrei zu werden.
