Mehl, Backkakao und die Prise Salz dazu sieben und zu einem glatten Teig verarbeiten. Aus dem Teig Teelöffel große Portionen stechen und zu Kugeln rollen. Mit einem Kochlöffel eine Mulde in jede Kugel drücken und für 10 Minuten bei 180°C backen. You just forgot a few little things on your vision board back when you were 15. You forgot those delicious breakfasts your mom used to cook for you before school (now you get them only a couple of times a year). You forgot the cinema visits with your dad and the long conversations afterward (you haven’t seen your dad for more than three years now). You forgot those nights when you stayed up just to read one more page of that fantasy book, and the other nights when you danced until you couldn’t walk anymore. You will miss your friends from back then—how carefree and curious you were, and how many dreams lay ahead of you. You still have dreams, but now they feel more like plans, because you carry so many responsibilities: for your son, for your family, for your business. And sometimes, you just want to be that little girl again, enjoying life with wide-open eyes. So for the next 15 years at least, I wish you and me more moments like these: moments when you can forget the world for a while and feel like a child again. Wishing you love and many kisses 🫶

  2. Du würdest gerne Gast in den schönsten und teuersten Hotels sein, willst dafür aber keine utopischen Unsummen ausgeben? Dann hab ich genau das Richtige für dich. Beispiel @thewildhotel Wir hätten zu zweit nur mit Frühstück für eine Woche insgesamt 18.640€ bezahlt. Mit den Kindern übrigens 42.000€ 🤪 Ja ich weiß ein Wahnsinn, andere verdienen diese Summe im Jahr. Das war mir, dem Obersparfuchs, natürlich viel zu teuer. Deshalb haben wir uns eine wunderschöne Unterkunft in der Nähe gesucht (7 Min. mit dem Quad entfernt) wo die Zimmer auch noch gleich ausgesehen haben und haben einfach für jeden Tag einen Day Pass für das Wild gebucht. Jawohl du hast richtig gehört einen DAY PASS, den gibt es nämlich in JEDEM Hotel nur wissen das die Wenigsten. Die Preisgestaltung ist natürlich überall anders aber immer sehr ähnlich. Für einen Day Pass im @thewildhotel haben wir 100€ pro Person bezahlt und konnten alles wie ein komplett normaler Gast von in der Früh bis solange wir bleiben wollten nutzen. Man bekommt Liegen am Pool und am Strand, man kann sich vor Ort duschen, herrichten & umziehen. ABER JETZT VERRATE ICH EUCH DAS ALLER COOLSTE 😬 Diese 100€ pro Person sind ein Deposit also ein Guthaben, welches man im Hotel für z.b. Essen und Getränke konsumieren kann und es kommt im besten Fall nichts extra dazu. Das heißt wir haben pro Person pro Tag € 100 statt € 1.330 bezahlt und hatten nicht weniger als die Gäste die dort übernachtet haben. 😎 Viel Spaß beim umsetzten meines Hacks in deinem nächsten Urlaub 🫶🏼 Amore, J.

  3. Dezember 2013, irgendwo zwischen Buddha Bar und Kottulinsky, haben wir uns zufällig auf einer Weihnachtsfeier kennengelernt. Wild gefeiert. Gelacht. Ein bisschen sehr viel getrunken und aus einem One-Night-Stand wurde irgendwie ein halbes Leben zusammen. Du warst in den wichtigsten Momenten meines Lebens an meiner Seite. Die Geburten unserer Kinder. Als Fiorella entstanden ist. Als ich meine ersten Produkte entwickelt habe. Als ich expandierte. Als ich den Kontakt zu meiner Mutter abgebrochen habe. Als ich meinen Vater nach 15 Jahren das erste Mal wieder gesehen habe. Als ich Sachverständige wurde. Du hast zwar immer gehofft, dass ich keine passende Wohnung in Italien finden werde, aber auch als ich sie hatte, warst du vom ersten Moment an meiner Seite und @la.casa.fiorella ist entstanden. Jedes Mal wenn ich einen Satz mit :”Schatz ich hab eine Idee, das wird super…” anfange, sehe ich kurz Angst in deinen Augen, weil du keinen Plan hast mit was ich diesmal wieder ums Eck komme. Ist es ein Auto, ein Tier, ein Bauernhof oder will ich plötzlich Pilotin werden? Du weißt es nie so genau. Aber egal was es ist & auch wenn du es manchmal widerwillig machst- du vertraust mir und antwortest mit „Let’s Go“. Du lässt mich meine Träume leben und meine Ziele verfolgen. Du hältst automatisch im Flieger meine Hand weil du weißt, dass ich beim Abheben und Landen immer weine. Du weißt, dass ich immer wieder meinen eigenen Space brauche und berücksichtigst das. Du zeigst mir jeden Tag wie sehr du mich liebst und würdest für unsere Familie alles geben und vor allem sie niemals in deinem Leben aufgeben. Ein paar Unternehmen, drei wunderbare Kinder, ein Hund, zwei Katzen und bald Hühner, Schafe und Ziegen – immer was los und immer ein bisschen verrückt aber alles unter Kontrolle.
