Mit Curry haben wir es auch ein paarmal getestet und das hat auch super funktioniert. Karotte, Tomate und Paprika habe ich jeweils einmal probiert und das hat auch toll geklappt. ZITRONEN-GNOCCHI mit Frischkäsefüllung, Petersilöl und Cashew-Weißwein-Pfeffer-Sauce 🤝🙌🏻 #vegan #glutenfree Ein Träumchen, die sind echt fabelhaft geworden 🥹🥹 Für 8-10 Gnocchi brauchst du 500g Kartoffeln (speckig/festkochend), Gewicht mit Schale 60-70g Kartoffelstärke 40-50g Mehl (ich nehme die gf Mischung von Alnavit) Salz Abrieb einer Zitrone 1 Spritzer Zitronensaft Kurkuma (langsam rantasten, man braucht sehr wenig!) Da das Rezept Freestyle war habe ich keine ganz genauen Angaben für den Rest. Aber man kann das gut nach Gefühl machen. Für das Öl nur Petersilie und Olivenöl ein paar Minuten lang fein mixen und dann durch ein feines Sieb oder Tuch laufen lassen. Im Kühlschrank aufbewahren. Für die Sauce einfach Weißwein oder Verjus, Wasser, Cashewmus, Salz, Zitrone, optional weiße Miso und pflanzliche Sahne und viel Pfeffer aufköcheln lassen. Für die Frischkäsefüllung nehme ich v Frischkäse, Zitronensaft und Rauchsalz. That’s it! Tipp für die Gnocchi: Sie müssen sehr gut verschlossen werden. Siedendes, nicht kochendes Wasser, gesalzen. Wenn sie nach oben schwimmen sind sie noch nicht fertig. Sie brauchen länger als normale Gnocchi. Mach am besten ein Probegnocchi, um zu testen, ob alles mit dem Teig passt. Morning coffee spot that turns into a bar at night. 8. @nihonbashi_bongen - bigger Nihonbashi location avoids long lines. Baristas help you pick the perfect bean. 9. @dotcomcoffee_asakusabashi - modern, minimal café in Asakusabashi, perfect after exploring Asakusa. 10. @nadoya.katte - single-origin light roast from @glitch_coffee in a 60-year-old house. Amazing coffee and vibes. 11. @arabica.tokyo_ - popular chain worldwide; highlight here: @i.m.donut 12. @higuma_doughnuts x @coffeewrights_kuramae - tried the doughnuts this time; coffee comes highly recommended. 13. @vervecoffee - California-based chain, finally tried it in Tokyo. 14. @lurfgallery_cafe - café + gallery with beautiful vibes.   1. Sonntag, 9. November 2025 50er – Die wohl weiblichste Modeepoche aller Zeiten – Die Oberteile lagen eng an und die schmale Taille stand im Vordergrund. Busen, Po und Hüften wurden hervorgehoben. In jener Zeit musste von Kopf bis Fuß alles abgestimmt sein. Passende Handschuhe, Schuhe, Hüte und Handtaschen gehörten zum Outfit modebewusster Frauen dazu. Geprägt durch den „New Look“ von Christian Dior, der die Weiblichkeit durch Sanduhrsilhouetten betonte, die durch schmale Taillen und weite Röcke oder enge Bleistiftröcke erzeugt wurden. Nicht zu vergessen die dazu passende Strumpfhose – Nahtstrumpfhose @calzedonia – keine blickdichten Kaschmirstrumpfhosen, die ich zwar auch sehr liebe, aber schau selber – man sieht einfach anders aus damit. 🤩 In diesem Sinne, einen schönen Abend – vielleicht konnte ich die eine oder andere dazu inspirieren, wieder mal den Kleiderschrank nach Bleistiftrock und Nahtstrumpfhose durchzuschauen. 😊 #outfitinspiration #50er #nahtstrumpfhose #style #look #lookoftheday #trending #ü40 ü50 #wirsolltenwiederliebevollermitunsumgehen #faceyogaonline #bleistiftrock #handschuhe #gloves #pumps
