It’s been over 2 years since I lost her and it’s only now that I feel comfortable enough to share this online. It’s so personal to me and this story of mine and hers is so significant in my life that I want to protect it. I am sharing this in the hope that it will help other grieving mothers. I feel so totally alone sometimes, because I was so young to experience this. None of my friends have went through something like this and tbh I hope by sharing this reel I will make some new connections, with women who also went through similar so that I can broaden my support system, and talk it through with people that have been there and understand 🤍 and vise versa The pain always stings, and the grief can be really hard to carry some days, but her spirit always shines through. I feel her and I see her, in every day and especially in moments I need it most. Lola is my higher power, she has opened me up to a world of love and compassion. She is guiding me in all the right directions, spiritually, mentally and physically. Losing her has taught me that there aren’t many things that matter in this world, but your health and your willingness to love. She is my reminder that love always prevails, and that my grieving is valid because grief is just love with no where to go, and for as long as I live, I will be loving her. #babyloss

  3. Hey hey hey hey 🤍 After 3.5 consistent years living in Barcelona, I have decided to spend the next 3 months living in Ireland with my grandparents. The truth is, I miss my family and I could really do with their help and support right now. Moving away was the best decision I made, I love my independence and I love my life here in Spain. I am so happy, but there’s no denying that going through the traumas I have had here alone, in a foreign country without my family around, has taken its toll on my mental health and I’m struggling to look after myself properly right now. So I am spending this winter on home soil, lovely Éire☘️ I will be returning back to Barcelona in January, so it’s not forever. I want to cuddle up with my grandparents on the sofa without worrying about anything, paint all day and have my dinner served to me every evening 😋 the life eh I plan on living the hermit life these next few months, but if you are an artist or similar vibes, and want to do a fun collab together in Ireland, DM me!

  2. ✨Chicken Casserole✨ Sometimes you just need a comforting, one-pan dinner that makes the whole house smell amazing. This chicken casserole is rustic, simple, and loaded with tender chicken, hearty veggies, and a silky sauce infused with wine and herbs. Perfect for a Sunday dinner or when you want leftovers that taste even better the next day. ⸻ Ingredients • 4 chicken breasts • 3 carrots chopped • 2 celery stalks • 1 large onion, diced • 3 cloves garlic, minced • 3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced • 2 tbsp plain flour • 250 ml white wine • 500 ml chicken stock • 1 tsp dried thyme •. 1 tsp parsley • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter • Salt & black pepper, to taste ⸻ Instructions 1. Brown the chicken – Heat the olive oil or butter in a heavy casserole dish. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then sear until lightly golden. Remove and set aside. 2. Soften the veggies – In the same pan, sauté the onion, carrots, celery, garlic, for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften. 3. Make the base – Sprinkle over the flour and stir well. Pour in the wine, letting it bubble for a minute as you scrape up all the tasty browned bits. 4. Add stock & herbs – Stir in the chicken stock, thyme, and return the chicken to the dish. Add on potatoes. Bring to a simmer. 5. Slow cook – Cover and cook gently on the stovetop for 35–40 minutes until the chicken is tender and the potatoes are cooked through. 6.
