  3. Being pregnant was an absolute shock to me. 
Finding out I was pregnant at 23 turned my world upside down in ways I never could have prepared for. I want to be very clear when I say this: being pregnant is an absolute blessing. I know so many women struggle to conceive or to hold a pregnancy, and I hold so much space and respect for that. But I’d be lying if I said this didn’t shake me for weeks. You don’t always realize how deep in shock you are until you come out of it, until you start feeling like yourself again. The last few weeks, I’ve struggled to post and put myself in front of the camera. Pregnancy is an incredibly vulnerable thing. Your hormones change. Your body changes. Your sense of self shifts. Holding onto me just a little longer was what I needed. As a UGC creator, I continued showing up for the brands I work with, but I let my own page go quiet while I adjusted. That break was so, so needed. I’ve always dreamed of becoming a mom, but I also believed in building a career I was proud of first. I’ve worked incredibly hard over the past two years as a full-time UGC creator, and I’m so grateful for where I am. Still, when you’re building something you love, you’re always reaching for more. The universe has its plans, and sometimes all you can do is trust the timing of your life 🤍 Now, I finally feel like I’m finding my way back to myself.
