Totally abusing my body with food, constantly punishing myself for being unhealthy by being even worse!! It’s a vicious cycle and so many can resonate with that!   3. So after 107 days in hospital!🤯 Including 3 ICU admissions. This girl is HOME (for Now) thanks so much for all your support and kind messages over the past 15 weeks! They were very much appreciated, and kept me company. I am glad so many of you have learned from following me that anorexia isn’t just a white girl who wants to lose a few pounds, it can be a fatal illness, and the body can become critically unwell. It’s not just about “not wanting to eat” or “willpower” it is far from it. It’s a life threatening brain disorder that has tried to kill me lots of times, I’ve had blood transfusions, iron infusions, I’ve have had blood infections, covid, re-feeding syndrome a million times, you name it, it’s happened in the past 107 days! I’m jaysis wrecked!!

  1. ✨Crispy Air fry chips✨ Did you know you can make the crispiest air fried chips using leftover mash potatoes, yes just add a few ingredients and you have the best chips ever, here’s how Leftover mash potatoes 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoons cornflour All purpose seasoning 30g grated Parmesan Mix all the ingredients together and roll onto some parchment paper then pop in your fridge for about an hour preferably overnight, take out and cut into strips, and pre heated my air fryer for 4 mins then I placed into my air fryer basket sprayed with low cal oil and cooked for 15 mins then gently turned them over and cooked for a further 15 mins and that’s it, I’ll be making sure I’ve always got left over mash everytime now, plus if you freeze them for an hour and pop into a zip lock bag and store in the freezer you can have them anytime you want just cook from frozen Happy Saturday everyone Love Han xx #chips #homemadechips #fries #crispyfries #leftovers

  3. ✨KFC chip seasoning✨ This KFC style seasoning is one of the easiest seasonings to make and tastes spot on, and this will make enough to last you for a while! Sprinkle it on your fries, your chicken anything you want because it’s super tasty and all you do is put everything into a jar and shake to mix all the ingredients and that’s it! And before I’m told salt isn’t good for you…Aromat or season all isn’t either but we all use it in moderation! Here’s what you need 6 tablespoons of salt 1 tablespoon paprika 4 tablespoons of vegetable stock powder 2 tablespoons of garlic salt 2 tablespoons onion granules/powder This made enough to last a while so store in airtight container/ jar in a cool dry place.   3. 🗽🍎 New York Trip Costs💰💰💰 The number one question about our New York trip was about cost - so I’ve broken it down below. REMEMBER Prices will vary depending on the time of year you go. We travelled the 13th February 2024 for 5 nights. Costs we spent in euro are listed in euro, costs we spent in dollars are listed in dollars, as rates will vary. ✈️Flights: We flew Aer Lingus from Shannon and booked 2 months before we flew. Prices vary wildly, flying direct saves a lot of time as you go through preclearance for US immigration in Dublin/Shannon Cost: €475, including 5 x 10kg cabin bags which are free, and one paid for 25kg bag. 🏨Hotel $100 per person per night. We took 2 rooms @ $250 per night each had 2 double beds) Hotels require refundable security deposits on check in - ours was $50 per room per night. Rooms are small. 🍕FOOD 🍔🍟 Food $70/75 per person day We ate at diners and fast food outlets. 🥯Food breakfast $12 - $15 gets filled bagel and juice or coffee including tax and tip.
