  2. I really did spent so much time going ABSOLUTELY NUTTO over trying to make one photo from the next look cohesive. It’s scroll stopping to see a feed like that. But the more I squished and moulded all for the sake of MY feed, the less it made sense to me and my business and my clients. He was scared of the outcome... She did it without telling him because she didn't want him to talk her out if it. 2 days AFTER I did her brows she brought it up AGAIN to her husband since he had never even noticed seeing her with her new brows for 2 full days AFTER the treatment... and she said I think I'm going to go through with it... and he once again insisted she not do it!!!😂 She said: "I got it done two days ago!!!"😂🤣 husband approved lol Her brows were just a better version of her!   2. 5 years ago I hated and was so ashamed of my body that I refused to let my ex partner take a photo of me without covering my face. At the time I was struggling with binge eating and would do everything in my power to make this body smaller. Everything in my life suffered because I spent so much time either at the gym or chasing boys to get validation that I was attractive and worthy. Schooling suffered massively, friendships ended, and it bred a really twisted sense of self-worth that I thought would be best impossible to shake. - It’s been 5 years now and although I am the same person, everything is different today compared to that 19 year old on the left. I’m 12kg up in body weight and I like to think of it as a period of actually allowing myself to grow into everything I was supposed to be from the beginning. I am not afraid to show my face on this body anymore because I know that my self-worth is so much more than whatever my body looks like. It’s measured in kindness, ability to work like a mother fucker, mental strength, being a good partner/business woman/friend/sister, and not being afraid to show up and take up space anymore. My mission is to get other young girls to realise it too. 💛💫✨

  3. 7 years ago when I got into lifting weights and lifting I had this huge fear that overnight I would become 'bulky' or too muscular; which is something I hear often when I talk to females about approaching weights for the first time. The reality is that over time my body in comparison HAS become bulkier and more muscular, but my level of care has been completely knocked out of the park by everything my body has become capable of and how I carry myself because of it. - ✨ I have more muscle but I have also never felt more capable in this body 🌱 I have more muscle but my level of confidence in training, business, relationships, and how I carry myself has developed with every year I keep lifting 🌸 I have more muscle but having a performance based goal within powerlifting taught me that there is so much more to moving than just doing it to be smaller 🌙 I have more muscle but my thoughts and feelings about my body have never been more neutral - All of the above because I decided to get under a barbell and say goodbye to the fear of holding more muscle on my frame because of it. There is so much to be said about a female getting into barbell sports, don't let the fear of your body changing hold you back from some incredibly wonderful lessons that can come from it.
