  3. Feeling so good in my body right now! The video of me in the blue set was was start of the year and I can’t believe how far I’ve come! I say weight loss with @japesfitness was easy because I could still have my slice of cake, my glass of wine and carbs weren’t the enemy. But in good measure. Also given I travelled a few times (every time I travelled I’d fall off for a bit because gym would pause, meals weren’t as in control plus water weight) we did so well. I also only had to commit to three workouts a week. @japesfitness and I would do weekly check in calls and adjust the meals as needed. And daily checks on WhatsApp - I logged my meals on his app daily and he would review and give me feedback.
