And maybe most of you knew that this product is really underwhelmed for me before (I've used the 100 & 30 ml before and reviewed it). This is an updated review with this product as the review hunters sent me this. To begin with, prior to using this product my skin was prone to irritation and redness because of damaged skin barrier, take note that I'm using Aestura barrier cream and lotion. And my skin looks dull and unhealthy. After a week using and incorporating this again on my routine (both AM & PM) my skin barrier back to being healthy again, irritation and redness subsides, my skin looks healthy and glowing. Maybe this ampoule helps ceramides products that I'm using to heal faster my skin. We all know that centella extract has 4 main active components that are reaponsible for healing and strengthening our skin barrier. This also helps to reduce the irritation in the purging stage of the retinaldehyde (a bit potent than retinol) that I'm using now. And it heals faster the bumps and acnes from the purging stage. Overall, this product is not underwhelm to me at all, I love the benefits and the healing that it gives to my skin. However, it still lacking on hydration and you really need to layer twice or thrice to feel the hydration and if you layered too much it become tacky on the skin that's why I'm partnering this with hydrating toners. This has a soft, moist and creamy texture because of the steam method that they've used to produce this cream. It doesn't have any distinguish scent, IMO. 𝙒𝙃𝙔 𝙎𝙏𝙀𝘞𝙈 𝙈𝙀𝙏𝙃𝙊ð˜ŋ? When manufacturing, by supplying high-temperature and high-pressure steam to increase the density of the raw materials and make them more tightly mixed. By this method, you feel a strong moisturizing feeling when using this cream. 𝙏𝙃𝙊𝙐𝙂𝙃𝙏𝙎/𝙀𝙓𝙋𝙀𝙍𝙄𝙀𝙉ð˜ū𝙀: This is the first time I use a cream that undergo steaming process/method and Benton's statement about why steam method is in the latter part. I'm actually curious what steam method cream is all about, how they differ in the creams that does not undergo steaming process. But, for me, there's no significant difference between the steam method and not. ðŸĪŠ In almost two weeks that I've tried this cream, I must say that this cream live up to my expectation, I love this and I love the benefits that it brought to my skin! This cream makes my skin soft and glowing. I used this every day and night and this has a matte velvety finish, and works well when I layered my sunscreen; it does not pill or makes my skin greasy. It's little goes a long way 'coz when you put too much it becomes messy, and gives a sticky and heavy feeling to the skin. The only downside of this cream, for me, is that, it has a whitecast-like thingy when you spread it to your face and you really need a lot of tugging and spreading to remove that 😭. Real honey makes the skin supple while also providing elasticity and soothing care. The mask also effectively removes whiteheads and provides exfoliation create the look of a clear complexion. 𝗧𝗛ð—Ēð—Ļ𝗚𝗛𝗧ð—Ķ / 𝗘ð—Ŧð—Ģ𝗘ð—Ĩð—œð—˜ð—Ąð—–ð—˜ Probably one of the most expensive on my stash (next to the Mugwort Essence), picked this up because of the hype around it. 🧘 This provides an abundant moisture and hydration obviously, I also didn't expect this mask to suck out all the gunk/puss or whatever, that really surprised me. This mask helps with soothing, hydration and moisture and a bit of exfoliation. The ingredients list is chef's kiss, it has a lot of emollient and nourishing oils which is purrrrfect. Been using this every weekend and I just love how generous the amount this mask has, this will surely last me longgggg. I have a love-hate relationship with this mask, I wasn't a fan of it's scent but it eventually grew up on me. I tried using it for an hour and it sucked all my patience instead ☠ïļ. Aside from that, this took me a minute or two to completely remove any excess residue and sadly, it leaves a slight film on the skin. Note: Yall need to mix this well first before using because the honey settles at the bottom of the jar. Also, ants are a fan of this mask, make sure to store it properly 😌✍ïļ Overall this mask was a meh, the film on the skin kinda bothered me.
