I always told myself I underrated the process 😂, at the final stages the process became demanding to the extend it was somehow a full time job 😊. I started my prep at exactly 12 weeks out weighing 89kgs. I went on stage weighting 73.8kgs dry af!!. That's a massive body Transformation having lost a total of 15kgs.
