Little Bird is a six-part limited series that follows Bezhig Little Bird’s story and how she was adopted into a Jewish family at the age of 5. Si en tant que femme, toi aussi tes SPM sont insupportables, Ça se peut que ton mode de vie est la cause! Desfois on ignore le fait que juste d’avoir un mauvais sommeil peut jouer sur notre cortisol (hormone du stress) et notre progestérone (hormone calmant). Il y a bien plus de facteurs que juste le sommeil qui peut impacter le cortisol! Mais sache que si le cortisol est debalancé veut veut pas, ça aura un impact sur ta progestérone qui est le précurseur du cortisol! Un des pires traumas/blessures d’enfance que l’on peut créer chez un enfant en tant que parent c’est de devoir refuser de passer du temps avec eux (la blessure du rejet, de l’abandon) car on n’est pas assez en forme pour suivre le rythme de nos enfants! En tant que parent ça peut sembler banal, mais pour l’enfant on vient de lui détruire son monde intérieur! L’enfant qui veut passer du temps avec le parent qui ne peut pas se le permettre parce qu’il/elle ne prend pas soin de lui/elle meme, peut couter cher à la santé mental et subconscient de l’enfant. C’est pourquoi on met tellement d’emphase sur les saines habitudes de vie, on ne le fait pas seulement pour nous, mais pour montrer le bon exemple à nos enfants et aussi pour etre present avec eux! Adopter des saines habitudes de vie (manger de façon équilibré et structuré dans la journée, bouger régulièrement, s’étirer, gérer son stress au quotidien, prioriser son sommeil et sa santé mentale) c’est la base de la vie pour que l’on vieillit en forme !!
